Anyone know what set Eric's Vulpix is from? It looks like it has a silver border which I thought was exclusive to Gen 9 cards... Also appears to be shiny but I don't believe Alolan Vulpix is in Paldean Fates...

It’s in Japanese so it could be something they did there for shiny cards or something, not really sure
