Im confused ,in the first synapse wt are the contents of the neurotransmitters! Like are they ions ? , + Wt are the neurotransmitters in the muscular junction ? Are they only ACH??? Or ACH and ions??

Hi, I have a question, so does somatic stand for "Skin- & Muscle-Nerves" AND for "voluntary contractions"? So can an autonomic nerve also be somatic?
