Moral of the story is to not keep money in the bags that are put away in the over head bins. Whenever I travel I keep all the cash in my pockets or small bag that is always with me
I can totally relate with RHS about this during flight theft coz I have had worked in Airline as Chief Purser(Lead Crew) for 15 years and this is not only Chinese Gang there was a time when UK bound Pakistani families came to attend wedding in Mirpur(AK) and large families carrying lots of cash and Gold robbed 😮 and then long procedures of Airport Security, then before COVID a group of thief's started doing same on Domestic Gulf and Saudi flights, RHS how would cabin Crew know in overhead bin which bag belongs to which passenger??? So next time wear something underneath your Tshirt which has a zipper pocket to save your Cash and Maha can do the same. These culprits have many ideas for their criminal activities. Stay vigilant.

Thanks for sharing information, last month I was travelling from Dublin to Paris and then germany. I has cash in my hand carry. The lady on reception asked that plane is full so kindly submit your bag you will collect it in germany. I did the same and totally forgot about the cash. When I reached germany I did not get my bag. I went to file a complaint and wrote that I have blah numbers of notes in my bag. I was very afraid that someone took my bag just because of the currency. But thanks God they found my bag after 4 days and sent to my house address.
@@shinwariification my sincere advice be careful for your valuable bags at security Machine coz those passenger collecting bags other side of machine gets very good look at screen and figure out about Cash and Jewelry in hand bags You are lucky to get your bag back. Best way keep Cash on person. I miss Nordsee Fish of Frankfort near Koufhof.

Same thing has happened to me on a flight from San Francisco to Lahore via turkey on Turkish Air. I got some money out from the ATM at the San Francisco airport and put it in my bag. I did have a visual check that the money was there without taking it out. I did take a nap for a few hours. When I got home and I took the money out. I realized that only the outside bill was $100, everything inside was a $1 bill. Clearly someone had taken all of the money at that point. I was extremely confused as to what happened. Thank you for your story. At least I now know that it was not a figment of my imagination.

This happened to my Ma and Pops back in 2023 May as well. They were going from Houston to Karachi with a layover in Istanbul flying Turkish Airlines. They had $5000, all $100 bills, stored in a bag in the overhead bin. Not to stereotype but a Cambodian fellow with a baseball cap was sitting in their vicinity, they tell me. Upon getting to their destination in Karachi, they checked their carry on bags with the money only to find all the $100 bills replaced with Pakistani and Cambodian currency. Real heart breaking stuff since they were heading to Pakistan with that money to take care of a medical procedure in Pakistan. Afterwards, we got in touch with Turkish Airlines as well to inform them of the occurrence but they literally did nothing to even look into the issue.

Hamza same thing happens to me when I was coming back from china I was going to turkey and one Chinese guy wearing cap was stealing money and other belongings. One lady she was shouting and came up to me and asked me to check my bag. exactly same thing happens so be very careful when travelling.
The X Ray Screening guys at airport sell the pictures on darkweb, the nexsus travelling as pair of two usually on a rush flight on Fridays just before weekend bid on these pictures while waiting in the boarding loundge.
Sir, I travelled from Pakistan to Turkey, I had $10,000 in my hand bag and my apple watch, the attendent who checked me in offered me that he can take my hand bag in with my luggage, I totally forgot that I had the money and apple watch in my bag, i gladly gave my bag in, after coming in to the plane I realized what I have done, as soon as I received my luggage at Trukey airport I check my luggage and as suspected all money and apple was was gong, I tried to make a complain to Truskish airline but not worked, you were luck that you got your money back :)
