Glad you had a good time in Exeter. Those stairs looked lethal, it's a good job you don't drink! Lovely when you and Nat are out together. I'm really struggling with my weight at the moment and a lot of it is to do with my Lymphoedema that I have been recently diagnosed with, I have tried different scales with varying readings please could you tell me the scales you use as they look really good. Carla I know how you feel about those spiral stairs I have them in my house they are at the top of the flight to my bedrooms and I hate them. If I awake middle of the night for the loo I have to wake myself up before descending them ,hubby is going to get someone in to make a wee toilet with a small wash hand basin in a cupboard upstairs I can’t bloody wait 🥴

Glad you had a good time - those hotel stairs were a lot! They got very narrow on the spiral bit - I would of been so so slow and careful on those!
