@@lim9586 prequel means it came first.. so answer for the question is no.. Cytus 2 is a sequel, not a prequel.. I don't think the Vanessa's are the same though.. I don't think the Architects are the same beings from Cytus 1.. since in the story mode, the main protagonist in C1 stopped the memory transfer of other robots (must play hidden song in chapter 6 if I recall correctly)..
