@Trane Reniece Ehh, I'd say the animation quality here has to do with the budget they had, because I kinda doubt 2012 lacked the tools to make characters not look stiff like this. I mean, check out Bad Apple's PV, made in 2009.
Plus, there's the weird jump cuts and close-ups on the action, and I don't think you can blame the CG for that :P
