Here in Canada the local Canadian Tire down the road for me loans out the inner tie rod removal tool for free.
Hey bro right where the tie rods go in its moving up and down alot. Is this what will fix it or do you think my rack is shot?

Ive heard the riser is fine as long as you don't also use the inverted tie rods. Then it's overcompensating@@SACREDFlRE

An alignment definitely could, this is more for bumpsteer and slop or play in the steering rack
