    if he paid your interest it means , the person who sold had overpriced and calculated the loan intrest amount and added additional mark up and sold the property at the end you have lost a lot

      Thats not how it works. They are not paying interest for free. Your actual EMI starts when the tower is completed. So you will be getting good amount of time to arrange money for the flat instead of paying huge amount of EMI from the beginning itself.

      Guys better do not trust and go with this kind of Positive only comments, when buying properties.
      Risk is much more than benifits.
      These hundrends of flats across west hyd soon will end up as ghost flats.
      Lets wait and watch.
      No rush to Buy Under contrctution, wait till Ready to occupy.

    It means that real estate inventory is much more than it is demanded in Hyderabad.
    It is interesting to see that there are people who encourage you to buy a property and they are mostly bankers or real estate folks or some financial advisors.
    Whatever be the decision, make sure you have done your homework well.

      A area lo Villa 21cr, so it depends on where you want to live. If you want to compromise on location and if you can live in outskirts then you can get one villa at that price.

    ASBL Loft lo teeskunna, but spectra is even better option. Price Mataram too high, hope it is justified by amenities, interior and landscaping provided by builder

      city lo 150 sq yards illu konalante ...1.5cr tho land koni ....60 laks th0 illu kattukovali .....that too only 1 hatchback car parking ..so totally 2.2 to 2.4 cr for 150 sq yard house .....
      Ade flat 1500sq ft u can get it for 1.5 cr with 2 suv car parking.....with in 10 km radius to offices .........
      remaining 70 to 80 lak amount tho u can buy lands in outksirts of city ......or u can buy 2 to 3 acre farm land in you home town

    ASBL MD showed his inexperience by building only 3BHK project. Now he is unable to sell and provide exit to his investors who booked flats at already overpriced rate.

      @@gopinath4119 yes they can't sell. If they want to liquidate quickly they need sell at max 7k to 7.5k. otherwise due to huge supply and discounts from other nearby projects they can't withstand
