I appreciate you and your team for coming out with this content but high rise or a gated community is always an expense. You dont just pay once but you keep paying forever to maintain them and the maintenance costs keeps going up as time goes on. Also you dont get the trainers in swimming pool and gym. Not sure if you can use the community hall when required.
What about life long maintenance charges of standalone vs gated .... Which is still a big fancy burden for many ...
Living in standalone apartments are a challenge . The society never comes to a common solution to any of the problems faced. I personally faced this in standalone . Now I stay in high rise , I agree ratio of amenities to families staying is low but comfort of staying is very high but with little premium .
but in highrise apartments the undivided share is way lesser than that of standalone apartments

Living in both. I feel if it's for End Use Always Gated Community is Good.
But if it's for investment purposes, just to get a monthly Rent then Stand Alone is better.
But high rise will get more rent because of the security and amenities aspect. If you can get a good deal on high rise then better to buy it

I would say high rise coz they come up with a lot of amenities and tension free when it comes to take care we have separate members where we will pay monthly maintenance just like 1bhk rent for mnth even we stay in own house and standalone y they dnt opt coz they dnt want to take risk or burden day by day they want everything easily so high rise for demand but I feel standalone apartment is good where we get all type of knowledge and mainly to will get chance to leave with ur kids by taking them to parks swimming pools gaming zone personally evey weekend
When it come to high rise most of them will just leave their kids they will go and come on their own
I’m not against to high rise or standalone but I like small gated communities as a middle class thinking 😊
