1. It is recommended to use a cloth to help grip the temple, when
removing and mounting the Universal Temple Pad.
2. To remove the Temple Pad, gently ease it off the metal temple end,
by pulling it slowly outwards, until the pad is off entirely.
3. To mount the Universal Temple Pad, hold the temple firmly and slot
the pad onto the twisted metal temple end.
4. Push the pad gently all the way up to its final position at the temple
pad stopper.
