Sup, Stu! It’s funny that, when I first saw the title of this vid, I immediately said to myself, “there’s no way he’s not including GG Absolute in this list”. Sure enough, I was spot on. I HATED GGA the first few times I tried it, even commenting on any of Justin Copeland’s vids when he mentioned it, with the usual “smells like bandaids” comment. After actually forcing myself to get a decant and giving it a few wears, I completely switched and had to have a bottle. Divisive as hell, but I see the light now and I’d argue it’s a masculine masterpiece.
To me the most challenging ones lately are the heavy floral scents mostly feminine leaning fragrance that men loves to rock. Some are really good but some, I don't really know man. Great video by the way!
I was pleasantly surprised to see you mention a couple of terrific dime store cheapies like English Leather and Jovan Musk - two of my old-school favorites. Of course, there are many more 20th century classics that would fit this video's theme, including Kouros, Aramis (original and 900), and Boss Number One, though those were considered more mainstream in their heyday.
The way you talk about Tom Ford Black Orchid is how I feel about Moschino Toy Boy. I love Moschino Toy Boy. I love it. You either get it or you don't. There's no inbetween. I wear it only during spring time when the weather is typically on the cool side and nature is bloom. It's a masculine floral spring scent. I thought it was a joke the first time I smelled it and forgot about it until I later read positive reviews. I sampled it again and that time I noticed the drydown was really masculine. Love it I'm not a fan of Tom Ford Black Orchid but I never waited for the dry down. I'll go check it out.
Yup. I agree 100%. Like Black Orchid, Toy Boy is polarizing. I own Toy Boy (30ml) but have to be confident to wear it whereas I'm more comfortable with Black Orchid now even though it took me a while to get used to it.
Yes another good video! I have bad boy le parfum it came in a sample set couple years ago I sprayed once on hand and it's sit in my glove box since! It's not bad really but does have what you described going on with it if you want something more challenging than that replica music festival Woodstock 1969 description fresh bud and patchouli! I smelled the other day ! Would be very challenging to wear that one make bad boy smell like a gourmand! Lol. Thanks

Another solid list. I own literally 3 or 4 bottles from this list. To scratch the Cactus Garden itch and something unusual but very nice and wearable look up Costume National Cyber Garden. Think Platinum Egoiste with a vinyl record note and is more than in the background. As for weed + Grapefruit look up Mugler Flyaway, it's so good in heat. I love the self righteous hate below. To which I say, bye bye. Keep up the great work Stuart, I appreciate it.
I know when I wear Calvin Klein Escape I turn heads. It's so vintage it's new again. Haha. Somebody recommended Aramis New West. It's supposed to be even better than Escape. Hmmmm....
The weirdest fragrance i got in my whole collection: Liquides Imaginaires Beauté Du Diable. Some of the notes: Absinthe, Gin, Cobblestone, etc... Still smells good 👍🤪
Here's an easy one. Wear something really forgotten vintage or something nobody has heard of before mainstream. Now you're an original who doesn't give AF. I'm going to go overspray my Nautica Voyage now. Cheers.

I am afraid you don't know a lot about fragrances, you didn't even know that GIT and Coolwater had the same perfumer. Talking about Cannabis without mentioning Black Afghano, Kinski, LM Perfume 's Black Oud?? Okay, I am out, unsubscribed!
