Today, I'm taking at a look at the Platinum Edition DC Multiverse Dark Knight Rises Catwoman to figure out if she is worth the high aftermarket prices. Huge thanks to McFarlane Toys for making this video possible by sending me this figure to review.

I actually found one in store for the proper retail price. I nearly died!
I don't know if it's perspective, or whether the masks are attached differently, but on mine it appears to be slightly lower on the face so she's not peering over the bottom edge of the eye slits.
Easily the best McFarlane Catwoman by a country mile. Now we just need the Michelle Pfeiffer version.

The Arkham City head on this body looks great, but it needs a longer peg.

Funny thing is that if you have the batman from bvs you can fix both figures in the neck joint part. Catwoman needs a longer peg and batman a shorter one. I did the swap and it did miracles to both of them!!

Julie Newmar, Eartha Kitt, Lee Merriwether, Michelle Pfeiffer, Anne Hathaway and Zoe Kravitz all brought something amazing to the character in their live-action portrayals.
They're all my favorites.

I found one at Target! Michelle Pfeiffer is my favorite Catwoman and I'm hoping McFarlane Makes a Batman Returns Wave, preferably with a Build A Penguin Army feature!

A month or 2 ago I got lucky and found this figure at GameStop for retail price. Platinum figures really shouldn’t be hard to find. They should just be fun color variants. That’s just me though.
Looks nice (for McFarlane) but as you noted that mask placement is questionable, being as no one would wear a mask that close to their eyes without adjusting it.
I really hope that McFarlane will give us the first season Animated Series Catwoman variant some day. I know it's unlikely, but that's the best Catwoman costume IMO. & if they used the Arkham City version of that costume as a basis for that figure it'd fit perfectly in any display.
They did a Platinum Edition of Knightfall in the gray and black that matches Animated Series. You'd just need to remove her hair and add the belt

@@mondayadams8166 I painted my Arkham City Catwoman to have colors inside the suit, although I haven't finished on her palms and goggles. Not one to plug but if you're curious I posted a short of it.
The mask is just an overlay, and can be pulled down for the correct eye look.
I just used a match stick to leverage it down. Isn't glued or anything.

Now I feel like I should have waited instead of buying the bat pod version which I only bought for cat woman, anyway. 🤨 Next time I’ll be more patient. 😄

Lee Maryweather is my fave Catwoman. I Love Julie and Eartha, but Lee was also Lily Munster and I'm a Munsters fan .
I didn't know that Lee Meriwether ever played Lily monster. I only ever knew about Yvonne DeCarlo

With the exception of batwoman beyond and cyclone, McFarlane female characters are notoriously hard to find

That's one thing about this one I like. the belt helps mitigate that diaper look

I think they had to dremmel the inside bc it was slightly chunky but holy crap it actually fit almost to perfection. You gotta butcher a figure and acfesory to make it viable but it can be done surprisingly

Just doesnt make since that they're still sending this out to reviewers and it's nearly impossible to get. I hope this means they are going to restock it soon. One of there best female figures yet.
