I don’t really understand your question fully but if you want to work on getting less jiggly legs I suggest trying step ups, the stair master at the gym, hiking or walking on a high incline/steep hill. Things where you are doing both cardio + activating your leg muscles at the same time, good luck girl!
Hey Mellody! I just double checked this with my trainer and with some supervision and guidance it’s actually 11 for girls, 13 for boys. That’s probably why I could start at 12. Hope this helps lovely 💖💖

The recommended age is 14 for girls 💜 my gym did let me start at 12 though but I could only really do cardio and i think I tried some free weights
