    5-6 lbs of Bone in Chicken Breasts
    4 Stalks of Celery (total)
    1 large onion
    2-3 bay leaves depending on size
    Black Pepper
    Garlic Powder
    Onion Powder
    Slap ya mama seasoning (you can sub in your favorite seasoning for this)
    Lawry's Seasoned Salt
    3.5 cups of Mayo
    1 jar of Salad cubes
    6 boiled eggs
    Celery Seed
    Parsley Flakes
    Paprika
    2-3 tablespoons white sugar

    After boiling your eggs, cool them in cold water. This should help you get a clean peel!

    A splash of vinegar in the water when you’re boiling! After they’re done I let them sit in cold water for 5-10 minutes then crack them and roll them on the counter then take the shell off under water. I know that’s a lot of steps but they come out perfect every time.

    Egg cookers work pretty well for making the eggs easy to peel. Ranch dressing to thin it if needed. Greated cheese to thicken it if needed.

    When you feel they are done immediately take them from the boiling water into cold water. It seems to work for me. Worth a shot (:

    Love this recipe. I will make it this weekend. Yummy. Great job! But I like mine really savory without the sugar and not that much sweet cube and mayo. Will use those ingredients though. Awesome

    I appreciate the fact you used Duke's, the eggs I have never used, but I am going to try it. Sweet salad cubes? I know the brand, but I have never seen them before. Sweet pickled peppers and cucumbers. As an alternative use fresh cucumber and peppers.

    I cook my Boiled eggs in my instantpot for 8 minutes on hi them let them pressure down for 10 minutes before quick releasing. Pour off hot water, add cold water and ice cubes. Best boiled eggs ever. Good Luck!

    That’s the best looking chicken salad I’ve seen!
    Regarding boiled egg peeler; I use “The Negg Boiled Egg Peeler”. Use warm water on it instead of cold and it’ll peel those eggs perfectly.

    Put them on ice as soon as there done out of the pot to cool totally off .About 10 mins . And I peel them under running cool water in sink.perfect eggs everytime! .Good Luck🥰🥰🥰🥰

    The very best way to cook chicken for chicken salad is to have bone-in skin-on season it and roasted in the oven!

    Fool proof boiled eggs: place eggs in pot of water, bring to a boil. Once water is boiling, turn off heat and cover for 10 minutes. ( Depending on the higher the altitude you may need to add a couple minutes ). After 10 minutes, drain water leaving eggs in pot. Shake pot rapidly to crack egg shells then fill pot with ice water. After 10 minutes remove eggs and peel ( will peel very easily ). Done. Perfect boiled eggs every time.

    I found a hard boiled egg hack where you take the eggs out of the fridge so that they're not so cold. You boil water on high heat. Lower temperature, lower eggs into the water with a ladle or a spoon, raise temperature & allow to boil for 12 minutes. Add eggs to ice water or cold water to cool off. PERFECT HARD BOILED EGGS EVERY TIME.

    Needed more celery. And I always use red onions in my chicken salad. Fresh veggies flavor salads better.

    For my boiled eggs, I take them straight from the boiling water and put them into ice water.. I let them sit for around ten minutes or so, then crack them with bottom side of a table spoon.., then peel very carefully.. I feel for that membrane layer between the shell and the egg as I peeling.. and just rub the shell off with my thumb. If that membrane layer is attached to the shell, it should be very easy.

    HI AFTER EGGS ARE BOILED I PUT THEM IN ICE COLD WATER FOR A FEW (15 MIN)AND THEY WILL PEEL EASILY. HOPE THAT HELPS LOVE YUR CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE.

    Put salt in the water bring it to boil then put the eggs in about 8 minutes then peel it that usually peels off good 👍🏾

    steam your eggs for 14 minutes, then put themin cool water, once cool, they peel like a charm. This I learned from Paula Deen

    Older eggs peel the most cleanly. So, try not to use fresh eggs. I used to bring them to a boil, turn off and let them sit for 12 mins. Then put them in ice water. Now I just use an egg cooker and put in ice water..much easier. Hamilton Beach 25500. Can do 7 at a time. Nice video.

    Bring eggs to a boil and boil for 5 min. Remove eggs from heat and cover for another five min. Submerge eggs in cold water until cooled. They will be perfectly cooked everytime, and should shell easily.

    A Mexican lady told me that the trick about how to get eggs to come out smooth is to add oil when boiling your egg and go through the same routine but oil when boiling

    Try using vinegar and salt. When u peel them peel while still warm kinda hot and leaving the eggs sitting in the water. Hope this is helpful!!!

    I add vinegar to the water the eggs can’t be cold and they never stick. Also use rotisserie chicken just my choice

    I salt the water I cook my eggs in real good and then after they are cooked I run cold water over them! Shells slip off pretty easily for me! :)

    Try putting lemon juice in the boiling water. And put 1 egg at a time in a small Masson jar and shake it and that will help the egg peeling very easy

    after boiling move them into a bowl of ice and water. it’ll flash cool the eggs and keep them smooth 8:49

    They don't make the sweet salad cubes anymore. We use the celery seed in our potato salad but have never seen it used in chicken salad before.

    Add a little olive oil or cooking oil to the water. Make sure you place them into cold water and let them sit 15mins. Also, I like your recipe. Thank You for Sharing

    As soon as they are finished boiling. Run them under cool water then drop in ice water or in freezer. Drop the temp quickly to cool. Leave cool 10 minutes. Will leave your eggs easy to peel and even.

    When I cook my eggs, I bring them to a boil, turn off the heat and let them sit for 20 minutes cover. I drain the water immediately submerge them in cold water for a minute. I drain the cool water and crack the eggs a few times against the counter, put them back in cold water for a couple of minutes.
    They come out perfect for me.

    Make sure your EGGS are at least 2 weeks old. Bring eggs to room temperature. I steam in the Instant Pot for 6 minutes then unplug for 6 minutes. Release the steam. Or steam in a basket for 13 minutes for medium and 15 for large. Put in cold water. When you break the eggs pop both ends. This will release the membrane. Thanks for your recipe. Rhonda

    After boiling the eggs, drop them in room temperature water, crack the shell, drop back In the water for a second or two then peal the Shell off.

    Plunge cooked hot eggs in cold water or ice. I crack the shell thoroughly like totally cracked and peel under cold running water. There is a membrane just under the shell that cold temp and cold water cause that membrane to pull away from the white. Peel ASAP after chilling don’t let them sit and cool on their own.

      Eggs will come out Great and pill clean if you Boil water first then use measuring cup 1/4 to lower Eggs in boiling water , 10 minutes, drain water,add Cold water, then add ice , wait at least 10 minutes, then pill perfect eggs

    Hey if you are putting a little salt in your water to boil your eggs well try putting a lot of salt and see what happens it makes mines peel right off let your eggs be still hot salt does work

    Add baking soda to the water and bring the pot to a boil then turn off the heat for 12 mins and then rinse with cold water . Also don’t use very fresh eggs !

    Don't use very fresh eggs you need to use eggs that are a couple of weeks old in order to get them to peel without chunks coming out. I also place them directly in an ice water bath right from The Boiling Pot drain the boiling water and put them hot directly in ice water. One Christmas I kept using brand new eggs and I kept sending my husband to the store my ex-husband to buy new eggs because they would chunking out when I peeled them. He must have gone to the store six times and they still did the same thing! I found out a couple of years later that you need to use a not-so-fresh egg.

    Eggs full proof Insta pot pressure cooker on rack hi heat one cup water five minutes cook five minutes cool. Five minutes ice bath with water.

    Season the water as if you were about to boil whole potatoes, a lil onion powder, a lil garlic powder, a small amount of vegetable oil and some salt, be generous with the salt, it's not going to penetrate the shell but it is going to make it harder, boil them on high, 3 eggs, 13-15 minute careful not to boil them too long you do not want the yoke to turn green that is a major mistake, you want the yoke to be bright yellow snd moist, done but moist! lastly,
    submerge the eggs once finished in ice cold water, but not for too long you want the shell to still be a lil warm to the touch, but don't burn yourself🔥! also do not shatter your shell it makes to many lil crumbly peaces, your gonna want the shell to come off in large portions! P.S you can use that well-seasoned water you made for other cooking projects in the kitchen.

    I peel my eggs while there hot, discard the hot water, then run cold water over the egg while your peeling them, my eggs come out whole this way!!

    Remove eggs from frig and let them sit to room temp. Bring water to a boil then slowly put the eggs in. Foolproof!!!!

    In order to have perfect unscathed eggs😂….after boiling them…pour off the hot water….shake the eggs in the pot to break them…then run cold water over them and let them sit for a minute and then peel. Easy peasy ❤

    Shock the eggs by putting them into ice water and leaving them in it until cool. That will allow the membrane to separate from the egg.
