i think you can detect if you have the missile mark at 5:01 by looking at your debuff bar (quite handy especially you have horrible fps), there should be an icon of the mark, just like the one in phase 2 18-1
1:39 If u lag like I do, u prolly wont see the electrical discharge and the laser will render late. So its advisable to pay attention to the text and not stand on the very center 5:01 imo this is the deadliest attack this boss has. Because its quite hard to see the mark and u will unexpectedly explode if ur not careful, especially if u have bad fps
