I love the intro in this amazing, you just inspired me, your voice audio always sounds really good, amazing i might have to look into these mics...
Dmogul 👍thanks
Good clean to the point video. Okay, I'm sold.
Thank you for this! I’ve been tossing around what to get but I love the quality of the audio on this mic and am going to go for it. Also, love your voice. 🙌🏼 So soothing!
Sara Mulry I recommend getting a cloud lifter as well.
I have a VXR10, and it is an incredible mic, but the front of it got hit hard and damaged so I couldn't use it anymore. I've been searching for a new mic for a while, and I finally came across this video. I'm really glad to see that this one is more durable than the normal VXR10. Your video has helped me find another inexpensive mic that I would have spent over $100 for any others! keep up the awesome videos!
Excellent and concise video review! The Pro is backordered on Amazon so I’m going to get the original one in the meantime as I have a project due before Sunday. Thanks so much for making this video!
Thanks for watching👍
Wow! Tammy your new video about the MOVO VXR-10 Pro is awesome. Just watched it after seeing your reply. I am glad to see you walking outside into a forest this time. And I’m totally overwhelmed when hearing the nature sound you captured. I had to admit the reason I love many microphones you reviewed simply because of your great voice and professional narration skills.
You're so nice, thanks so much!! I had quite an audience trying to film that. LOL
Loved that intro, I needed a good laugh! Thank you!
Thank you
Again, another well made and informative video. Loved the opening.
Haha. You won't believe how long that took to make. Thanks.
Purchased one after watching your video. The audio is just perfect. Thank you for doing the review on the mic
Awesome. You're going to love it!
Amazing video TAMMY. Thanks so much for sharing. Keep bringing the awesome content. That's one nice microphone. Hope you have an amazing day. Much love
Thanks Tim! Hope you're doing well too. Have a good night.
This was perfect, thanks for taking us outside! What camera and lens do you use? Quality is really great!
Wait! I found your channel from doing research on the Rode Podmic, and now you're telling me save and get an end game mic for a few hundred dollars! That's great, you just saved me some money with GOOD advice, but I don't know what your "end game" mic is! Please let me know, as I am looking to get a nice mic (for gaming voice chats) and probably a GOxlr mini. I have watched about four videos so far, and love what you do! Love your presentation and style, and your ability to convey the knowledge you have amassed so far. I like the little video tricks you do as well :) Very entertaining!
It does sound good. Thanks for the review. 👍🏻
Thanks for watching!
Great review, really helpful, thanks for the work, and you are pretty.
Thanks Griffin😉
Tammy on Trail - yeah! Thanks for your balanced, well-focused and truly helpful review and input on this. You were reading my mind when you transitioned to the A/B comparison of old vs. new. I have (and love) the original, though have two issues with it: The flimsy shock mount (which many people have reported as breaking easily, so I try to baby it a lot) and the slightly boomy lower bass. I‘m curious whether the Pro model has a more sturdy shock mount and any differences in the bass? In terms of your sound samples, it sounds very similar to the original, but you were not speaking into it real close, so the proximity effect wouldn‘t have shown up anyhow. Actually the pro seems to have a very subtle but nice increase in the (upper) mids (?). At any rate, it sounds great, and I‘m getting one as soon as they hit the shelves over here in Germany. In the meantime, I‘m using the AVerMEDIA Live Streamer Mic 133, which is also pretty darn great.
When I did the edit I realized it looked like I was further away from the mic but I was still only 6 inches from the original too. The Pro is bigger in size so it may have looked like I was closer. Yes, I noticed that overall it had a crisper sound to it, definitely a punch in the highs which the older one was lacking a bit. The shock mount is a rycote lyre, so just like the Rode micro's shock mount. I've had this thing boomed, packed, traveled, vlogged and it seems to be pretty sturdy. I've only had it for a few weeks though, I'll make another video comparing this one to the old one along with the Rode Micro to see the differences but I think the Pro will sweep them all really.
Hey Tammy, did you only record this on the Movo VXR10-Pro? If so it sounds fabulous! Also did you tweak any of the sound in post?
Thank you for all you do, you’ve been a tremendous help to me with all your LumaFusion advice keep up the good work.
Gopher Woodshop thank you. No I never touch the audio in post for mic reviews, not even to boost because I want the absolute raw sound going to you guys.
The combination of this microphone with the Behringer mixer is honestly amazing !
Obinna Anyanwu Thank you, it’s even improved with adding a FetHead.
@@tammysypniewski1891 What 3.5 to xlr adapter do you use?
Obinna Anyanwu When I originally answered this I thought it was for my PodMic video. The Movo Pro is just running directly to my camera. That sound quality is straight out of the mic.
Hey, thanks for the video. Did Story blocks resolve the issue for the copyrights claim? or you had to replace the song in the end?
Mrinalini Venkatasubramani Yes, they resolved it but it took 3 days. 😭
Awesome intro!
Thank you Nick! After trying to film it a few different times I finally got it right.
Dude Tammy y'channel is s'good
Thank you, I appreciate it.
I don’t got one.... Mind you I am not really going to be doing too much in the next few weeks....
This video looking really slick...
Haha..slick's my middle name....actually it's Tracy. LOL Thanks Gail.
LOL! Love the intro!
Haha. You wouldn't believe the audience I had while making it.
😂😉 @Tammy Sypniewski squirrels?? ROFL!
What camera do you have the Movo attached too in your outdoor clips?
Canon M50👍
Hi friend. which is better to record music? the original movo or the pro movo? I need it to do speaker reviews and I want it to capture the best audio quality. What microphone do you recommend to use with my iPhone? do you recommend another reference? I really appreciate your help.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
note: i don't speak english. I used google translator.
Hi. I recommend the VXRPro for a budget microphone for your phone. It really is the best buy for your money and the sound quality is amazing.
Nice video Tammy 👏🏽❤️
WhosYourBrad Thank you
Thank you for the review, Im in the process of getting recording equipment together for a YT, & FB channel, I wanted to start off with decent gear, (decent with a budget) I almost spent 100 plus on a on-cam mic, but I must admit, I watched a few convincing vids, but your video is what sold me. Thank you!
Loved the intro in the woods btw.
I purchased this mic and really like it ... but: I plugged it right into my Canon R5 and am getting a constant background noise; in FCPX I de-noise but it doesn't sound that good. Any advice? I didn't hear any background noise when you were reviewing it. Am I doing something wrong? Or maybe I'm just not doing a good job in the post-production side. Anyhow, people are raving about this mic, like you, but the background noise is very apparent. Anyhow, would love to hear your feedback on this. Thanks!!
Doren Sorell Do you have the right wire in? Make sure the angled end goes into the mic and the straight end into the camera. Are you putting the camera in manual and gain staging it so your audio is at 12db?
It’s a TRRS connection in back of mic. I tried connect it to my MacBook Pro 2016. TRSS to TRRS connection. The sound is cut in half going into MacBook Pro.
It comes with 2 different cables, use the TRS for that
Tammy, I just subscribed to your channel and ordered this microphone for my Nikon z50. I also want to use it on my desk to do voice overs for my videos. Is there a little table top stand you can use for this mic? Thank you.
So what I do is use a friction arm to attach it to my desk but if you have a gorilla pod are a small little stand that will work because there’s a place to screw it in.
Thank you Tammy. I'll try that.
Hello very creative. Saludos
Thank you so much. Happy Easter.
@@tammysypniewski1891 happy Easter to you . saludos Paz Romana
Please check the link on the movo - Amazon identifies a different mic as the Pro version.
Oh my gosh, thank you so much. They sent me a bad link....how does that happen?
Tammy Sypniewski glad to help!
Loved that intro. Amazing and funny. So I have a Lumafusion question that you might want to address in a future video. So I’m an artist who does nude portraits often. I want to include wide shot video of my time with my models and I need to blur out the naughty bits while they are moving as not to get banned from UA-cam. Can I do this in Lumafusion and how? Thank you and I love seeing a powerful, tech savvy woman with this kind of channel. You’re awesome.
I did a video on blurring out images, was like one of my first ones. Just duplicate the video on the top layer, add a gausian blurr to the layer and crop where the nudies are. LOL
Tammy Sypniewski thank you ma’am. I’ll try that out.
Wow. the world couldn't handle 3 of you
That was funny. Thanks for watching.
@@tammysypniewski1891 You are enjoyable to watch, you make UA-cam fun again.
Wow good video that Movo mic works good I guess I am a no body because I don’t have one lol I guess I have to buy one
LOL
Mam can u make a video on how to vanish a hanging( fishing wire)material like fishing wire holding any object.
Vajra ok
Tammy Sypniewski Thank you so much Mam 🙏🏻
I trust that the pro is a little better but being a old rocker I’m wearing hearing aids now so they both sound the same (good but the same)
OK, well I'm guessing we've both banged heads to Metallica and Iron Maiden back in the day...geez even Molly Hatchet. The VXR10-Pro is definitely louder and also sounds crisper in the highs and is less bassy. It really does sound as good as some other studio mics I've used. Metal forever!
Tammy Sypniewski what? ......just kidding. I will pick up one and check it out Thanks
In your opinion, is perfectly the same of Boya mm1+?
Cris Rocchi Better than the Boya for sure. I had that mic but after a few months there was an issue with it. Gave it to a desperate sub.
@@tammysypniewski1891 ok, I'm not that desperate yet. Thank you so much. I adore you
Cris Rocchi haha. Thank you
I’m here from the LumaFusion videos and I was wondering if you know how to make audio glitch like make it flicker if you don’t know what I mean I can send you a link and show you an example
Lotussrr Ok send a sample please
Tammy Sypniewski Go to this link with its a fortnite video That’s why I’m here but look ua-cam.com/video/iNRuIACYJKw/v-deo.html Go to 1:27
Tammy Sypniewski here’s is another example ua-cam.com/video/T4FEEwkV6Xo/v-deo.html go to 0:29
Tammy Sypniewski did you review?
Lotussrr Bruh I heard it. It’s easy to do. All you have to to use audio key frame and you’ll get something similar. Like that. You that video was edited on after effects so ion know if LumaFusion is going to be as close as that one. But just try it. Use audio key frame. Move like 5 frame low the volume then move like 5 frames again then increase the volume. Just repeat this step for as long as you want the audio glitch to continue. ❤️❤️❤️.
I love the mics. But lol I don’t have money to get any 😂😂. But if movo wants to sponsor my video I’ll be happy 😊
Johnny Imagery Thanks for watching.
Complicated introduction...impressive
Transplant Helper Thank you very much. 😉
9:20 - I could _faintly_ hear some kind of distant audio. Couldn't hear a cat.
iComplainer probably the TV
Dead Kitten! LMAO!!!
You need to speak more slowly.
LOL. Is that a joke? Everyone tells me I should speed it up. Haha.
