- "Boy" is an awesome song. It hits me with the feels. The official Extended Mix is only 4min 28sec long, and I felt it should have been longer, 'cause I wanted those feelings to last longer. Back in 2008, I used the 5min 00sec Dub Mix, and made this longer Extended Mix. I think 8min 35sec is a justified length that this song deserved. Get lost in the music...and enjoy!
Strong tempo and tubular bells are phucking phenomenal!! Miss the 80's
Had been wondering and hunting down this jam since i first heard it in a radio mix on an L.A mix show back in late '84 and since they would just mIx up to 30 mins. Nonstop stop they would never mention who or what they play but just keep the mix going i never knew who this was till 2 weeks ago when they played it on my XM 1st Wave 80s channel. Its been 36 long years!!! Nice ext mix btw. Love it
