OK ... no name but it was in the main industrial square where the restaurants are, along the front. It is the one with the statue of the writer. The cafe is on the corner, by the sea front.

Cinematography is pretty cool, however, the narration and dialogue are as though reading from a textbook.
Not much of the city is covered either.
