That weapon delay in next shot is very similar to reload time,
Its like gl with no reload animation

I can't tell you enough how this build is refreshing. The synergy between the gun and the PCCB is incredible. It's so different from every other damage and ability loop build.
Although, I'm wondering if there would be a better option than Ex Diris. I'm sure it's one the best for blinding and amplifying, but the fact that it's so dangerous with up close enemies, and the fact that this is a melee build (with which we're always up close to enemies), makes it a bit counterintuitive.
What other weapons could achieve this blinding and amplifying effect without being so dangerous up close?

Thank you so much! and I also appreciate its ability to be different without being worthless. and other weapons I could see working really well would be, centrifuse because it can also blind when fully charged but it wont amplify, or delicate tomb because it generates tons of ionic traces and can also blind with the fragment but then this also wont amplify, making the Ex Diris truly one of a kind!

I crafted a god roll forbearance in the meantime. Paired with spark of beacons it's so good. But still, ex diris' buff coming soon will be welcome

I would say yes because it would be more safe, endgame melee focus builds can be a little risky
