your videos opened my eyes to a whole world of brits and their relationship with that shredded white cheddar that they put on absolutely everything (the 'normal cheese' lol) I thought burgers in america were obsessed with cheese but we absolutely do not put shredded cheese on a fraction of the dishes that seem to be a regular occurrence in EU
Tomato sauce: cook off celery, onion and carrots, add chopped tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, cook and blend, add fresh basil. In this case add white sauce to it. White sauce is similar to bechamel sauce, but more basic, just cook off flour on butter, add milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg, double cream. 👍
Growing up my parents took me to resorts a few times and I always loved the pasta bar everytime would be basic but by the end of vacation just seeing me line up they would get it going so once I get up to first it’s about ready 😂❤️ and one time on my final dinner during my dads wedding vacation the chef let me go around and actually make my own meal and help prep the next persons :):) one of my best memories 🙏❤️ And definitely some of the best pasta you can get idk how y’all do it but the cheese is so good and the sauces and great

Those are definitely American-sized portions of food (1:25). I had business partners from Taiwan visit my company, and they were horrified at the amount of food we put on the plate. A plate like that would normally feed an entire family over there.

I wasn't involved in that lvl of food production as a restaurant is but the cleaners are "food safe" meaning consumption isn't as terrible as you might think. I'd assume the blue wet Towers he rips off are just a disonfectant that evaporates very quickly. I'd rather eat at restaurant where I can see people clean as they go...because I've seen it happening the other way.
love your videos, but hate the amount of tissues and paper towels you use. Start using reusable damp cloths and with the money you safe on paper towels you can either lower your prices by 25% or buy a Rolls Royce in 6 months.
He has to use blue roll or he would be shut down (or at least be given a telling off) by the health inspector. Reusable cloths spread infection!/bacteria.
