Im not sure how much people know this but on mobile a way to get eco without hold your finger much is hold the bloon you want like pinks and use another finger to use the pull down menu, pull it down for a quick second and pull it out. But it stops working but once you tap on your screen anyways its pretty quick and simple to perform and can be done repeatedly through the game.
