It is high time that India realises it’s neglected regions, eastern states of India have always been identified as turbulent areas despite of have immense potential to contribute in national development. Poverty, unemployment, poor infrastructure have rendered these areas as backward, all this shall change if good ties are established with the local communities like initiatives taken in Kashmir.
