I was there last summer for one day. Interesting city....but terrible weather! It was too hot too cold too rainy and too windy all in one day. I was having lunch eating my first ficelle picarde and the wind knocked over the glasses on the next table. The servers cleaned up the mess as it if was all in a day's work. The wind was so strong that our cathedral tower tour was nearly cancelled but thankful we were able to climb it. Definately worth visiting but wouldn't want to live there.

That Cathedral is absolutely massive! Love the architecture and the art of the stain glass windows. The city center is gorgeous. The Jules Verne house looks amazing. I love the French Jardins. The gardens always have lovely aesthetics to it.
