Hey Buk, what’s your favorite single note bend in a rock tune? For me? Hands down- Bad Company- Rock Steady. Specifically the very 1st one- right after PR sings “Rock Steady”… man…. That’s Goooood! I know it’s not like super difficult…. But man…. It’s GOOD! What’s your favorite? I’d like to know. Yeah… I know it’s kind of a dumb question- but still- you’d probably have some great single note bend favorites
Ronson....in this...the lick from 2:21 to 2:29 is the best thing that anyone has ever played on a guitar ua-cam.com/video/axMUp75_xhA/v-deo.htmlsi=-Gw573r4HfLa-JEk
When I first started playing guitar I thought it was magic. Then I learned alot about guitar and theory and It wasn’t magic anymore. Now when I watch u play I start thinking it’s magic again.
Absofreakinlutely dude! I play acoustic and it made me a 100 times better electric rhythm player. Best thing I ever did was pick up a few nice acoustics. They all have their own way of making you play so, changed my life. The guitar in it’s rawest form. Acoustic
I both love and hate our dear Uncle Larry. He's infuriating for being so damn good and but also completely inspiring. Ah, who am I kidding - I could never hate Uncle Larry.
Degree of difficulty 9.75 Uncle Larry. Beautiful Physical Graffiti vibe. Always amazing. Thank you for sharing your gift brother. I know it brings me (as well as 100K others) great joy. 🙏🙏
Character, like water, seeks it’s own level. The people here are on the same page with what you’re saying. Your voicings are superb and that makes all the difference. You’re who me and all these guys wanna sound like. This is priceless content. I’d pay for lessons from you before anyone else and you explain things that intuitive players can relate to. I’ve gone to a lighter pick and I already knew how much difference the pick makes on acoustic so I got another Blue Chip pick and some .40 mm and .60 and it’s a whole new spectrum of tone. You just give us several rig rundowns in one short video that most of us could never afford to hear. Ever grateful and a Huge fan here in Texarkana Arkansas/Texas.
Just listened to this one during a rainy lunch hour in the car… to be in the room to hear that melody and those chords…. The threshold of transcendent….
There was a Montana band called Live Wire Choir in the 70s. They were great musicians and great fun. There were a couple other Montana bands from that time got some well-deserved recognition, The Mission Mountain Wood Band and The Big Sky Mudflaps.
That's incredibly heartfelt music. Thank you! Please bring back the "lady in red" guitar demo. That was also great. Would love to see & hear that again.
Tremendous! This one belongs on the next Trip The Witch album. It’s begging for some tasty lines from Dean peppered on top. I can almost hear it in my head. Beautiful playing Tom.
Now that brings back a few memories Uncle Larry. Back in the day, the Guild was the only 12-string to consider by so many of my music buds. And of course, your compositions really do that old lady well.
I've had 2 Guild acoustic 12 strings over the past 60 years; an F-412 in the '70's and a completely redone F-212 in 1998, that I loved. I thought I'd be OK without an acoustic 12, but you just made it very clear that miss having one, big time! Thanks! That was a treat for my ears! I'm going to go noodle on my Italia Rimini 12 for a bit............
This guitar song is incredible Uncle Larry, there's something that hits me deep to the core with this one. This is very special. Keep it on the back burner for your next album mate :-) Love ya man.
Very nice!! That is hurt and dark and I love it. Lol! Beautiful!! Nice snag on the 12 string. Every guitar has a story to tell…way to make it speak. Thanks for sharing!!
Hard to beat the richness of drop Db on a 12 string.. wonderful chords UL!! Personally I like to throw dissinonats in to add mystery and surprise. Cheers!!
Very Nice!!!! I listened all the way through, lol and noticed the token Genesis moments and strangely a David Lee Roth moment the song is called Damn Good. Also very nice Ima do a rare 2nd listen, thank you

@@501chorusecho Mick was magical indeed!
The lick (bend) that made my pants tight was the first time I heard Blackmore's Bend in Smoke on the Water from live in Japan
the hounds of hell has gotta be up there too
@@Purezshockdude I get it to each his own. Are you talking about those whammy Dives in that song. Also I was forced to listen to that whole song. 🤘
When I first started playing guitar I thought it was magic. Then I learned alot about guitar and theory and It wasn’t magic anymore. Now when I watch u play I start thinking it’s magic again.
That’s a sweet comment bro thank you
Uncle Lar... Please make an album of just these little acoustic pieces. They are so f'ning aces.

Uncle Larry Unplugged.
One of the worlds greatest singers,
Uncle Larry sings with his fingers !
Such a great piece of music! I’d be first in line to pay two years in advance for an all acoustic album just you and an acoustic guitar.
2nd, after me ;)
Every time he puts up an acoustic I'm always like- PLEASE do an acoustic record. Shit is so amazing!!
Reasons why UA-cam is great #1 Uncle Larry

Truly a thing of beauty...a twelve string in the hands of a master
I'm imagining I'm at a concert with everyone stoned out of their gourd, just mesmerized.
