Do you know a logger in Mississippi who will carry out this sort of heavy duty thinning? What about if the stand is mixed pine and hardwood?

Depends on site index. At index age, usually 25 years in the southeast, better sites have a SI of 60 to 90. so less than 25 years. A poor site might only be 45 or 50, which is 2 feet a year.

the kind of Pines you think that they can grow in high altitude from 9000 Feet To 12000 feet over the sea level.

Loblolly at that altitude? Unlikely. If you're in Mexico or some analog in the southern hemisphere, you'll do better with species that grow at higher altitudes. Hartweg pine can grow up to 14,000' in tropical Mexico. High UV, wide temperature variation, and dry air as well as only 60% of atmospheric pressure make growth and survival hard for plants and animals at 12,000'+. Loblolly is a low altitude species that grows in a mild, moist environment.
