Yes. I have seen Ted Nugent in concert 5 times in the 80's and 90's always awesome brutal kick ass concert, huh? What? Sorry my ears are still ringing.
I was going to Uncle Teddy's concert when Skid Row would open for him and ticket prices for the whole night were only $6.50 ... 1975 Angle Stadium, zztop, Uriah help, Eddie money. Blue oster cult, point blank, Johnny and Edgar winter and of course ( California Worthington & his dog spot) aka Bengal Tiger.. That was a $ 10.00 dollar event. Thats how us 65yr olds partied back in the '70's 🤪

Ted s MUSIC was great..... politically O.M.G. : a boomer guy who supports another guy, who just cares for HIMSELF, living only his (aggressive) Narcism, followed by millions of idiots, who even now don t realize, that he want to become CAESAR OF THE US, beiing almost 80, just like your other grandpa, guys, who s at least a democrat !
Uncle TED!!!! I saw you in concert a few times, and im 65 yr old granny now, i play these tunes to my grandkids! Oh, actually i took my daughter to one of your shows in the late 90s, when i flew out to Fond du Lac, Wisc and you were playimg at that county fair! I believe it 97?

Ted Nugent is one of the most underrated guitarist from his era just because he comes from a Tim when there were so many great guitarist ; am I not right.
Ted was praised a lot back in the day. I saw him 4 times back in the 70's to sold out arena's and most rock n rollers are well aware of his talented playing.
@@fred721 don’t believe everything you read about him. His MAGAt, bigoted politics ruined his music for me; saw him live several times in late 70’s. Peace and carry on💞.
Yep, and at 74 he's still alive and playing. Guess clean living does help. And he's a Patriot. Someone who loves and believes in the U S of A. If the haters could get past their rage they would see he speaks truth and common sense.
"Stranglehold" is a guitar-driven track, over eight minutes long, and set the stage for Nugent's career. The guitar solo was recorded in a single take. “I used delays to create this really wild guitar duet with Ted," said producer Tom Werman. "It was like two guys were playing. I sent it off to Ted for his approval. He called me up and said, ‘I love what you did with Stranglehold, but don’t ever do that again without asking me.’”
Interesting background, you must have strong blues seams within you in order to create this extension at that time of musical composition history, I have a large record collection from the period 1969-1974 and this is one of the few exceptions of good music recorded after 1975. With Warm Greetings Chris, Sweden.

At the time Ted was playing i dont he was all that politically biased. But, now is a totally different planet, people lose their shit if you call them mam, or lady, miss, or whatever. Saw a video the other day a cabbie picked up a fare, and complemented the woman after she said he had a nice cab. He said "thank you Miss" Well, she had a hissy fit and said why are you labeling me with that gender description. Jeese Louise, all he did was say thanks Miss, and she has a tantrum. Unbelievable
I was 4 minutes late to work and just told my boss, sorry Ted Nugent was in the middle of a solo...I think he was cool with it cause he handed my tools and told me to go listen to it again...!!! Best day ever!!

I am sixty three years old and just had robotic Double Bye pass surgery Ted found out and called me a couple of times while I was in the hospital to make me laugh and lift my spirits and before he hung up he talked to me about his next phone call, he was calling a veteran that was losing part of his leg. Ted is such a great guy and does so much behind the scenes that people will never know about. He is a great guy and a great friend.

Yes. I have seen Ted Nugent in concert 5 times in the 80's and 90's always awesome brutal kick ass concert, huh? What? Sorry my ears are still ringing.
If I am not mistaken he was credited for playing the loudest.
Yup and he rocked San Diego down back in the early 70s
I was going to Uncle Teddy's concert when Skid Row would open for him and ticket prices for the whole night were only $6.50 ... 1975 Angle Stadium, zztop, Uriah help, Eddie money. Blue oster cult, point blank, Johnny and Edgar winter and of course ( California Worthington & his dog spot) aka Bengal Tiger..
That was a $ 10.00 dollar event. Thats how us 65yr olds partied back in the '70's 🤪
I actually thought I lost my hearing and got tested by an audiologist.

@@CuzKatieSaysSo he’s an election denier; a fool.
This song has blown many a speakers in my lifetime. 😊
I love whatever is going on with this guitar.
Thanx for the great story about the guitar effects
Interesting background, you must have strong blues seams within you in order to create this extension at that time of musical composition history, I have a large record collection from the period 1969-1974 and this is one of the few exceptions of good music recorded after 1975. With Warm Greetings Chris, Sweden.
Ted a very strong man, likes what he lokes, speaks out what he doesn't, gifted dude, never took any drug, no booze, no whores , lived like an angel, plays like a devil, few can say that 73 year later.

Seperate the art from the artist
At the time Ted was playing i dont he was all that politically biased. But, now is a totally different planet, people lose their shit if you call them mam, or lady, miss, or whatever.
Saw a video the other day a cabbie picked up a fare, and complemented the woman after she said he had a nice cab. He said "thank you Miss"
