A low stressed engine like Himalayan doesn't need a fully synthetic oil, semi synthetic oil is good enough
Fully synthetic is better
One of the major advantages of fully synthetic oil is the ability to retain its viscosity even when engine temps are high...as we see in the Himalayan.

Not sure what you mean by low stressed. Temps are often high in the Himalayan and semi-synthetic will break down somewhat faster than full synthetic under high heat situations. And the decreased friction between rings and cylinders when using full synthetic reduces wear on the engine which in theory will extend engine life.
Ye bataa bhai ki abhi tak kya kya problems aayi hain- stalling issue, starting problem ya rusting??
