Here's a descriptive list as to what has been randomized:
-All trainer pokemon, wild pokemon, starter pokemon, static pokemon, legendary pokemon, gift pokemon, trade pokemon have been randomized
-TMs and Tutor Moves have been randomized and have random compatibility (preferring same type)
- All important trainers, gym leaders, and boss battles have full teams, each pokemon holding a sensible item
-All trainer pokemon have a 50% level boost
-All wild pokemon have a 20% level boost
-All items found on the ground, through the pickup ability, items on wild pokemon, and items found in special marts have been randomized
