- The Down the shed with Byron and kids project ute.
A rusty old HT Holden ute thats seen better day.
Now this project is something for us to learn on engine faults, will it start, engine swaps, wiring, rust repairs, brake rebuilds andbthe list goes on.
We got the ute off our friend DJ from @AutomotiveKarnage which is also helping us with the build.
The goals are to get it running again hopefully it drives and then hope it stops haha then enter it into a car show 😄
I was trying to make 10 videos best releasing the first 1 so we had something for every week but we need to share whats going on.

Just look what harry and corty done in there Ute and wagon build.
Doesn’t have to be a concourse restoration to be fun.
(Arguably the “patina” cars are more fun because you’ll drive them more and not have to worry about it as much)

We just want to get it running driving and stopping again its all learning and if we stuff up we care but dont care

The "Big Fella" doesn't want to quit the original project (he's already driven that). The new one can be a good parts car, bit if cutting and welding and watch the lad's first love come to life. Cheers

They both have there up sides and down side but i think at the moment the qhite 1 is the go

Patina is used by people too lazy and/or too tight to paint their vehicles.

I like the patina look in saved cars not the home made patina cars
PATINA SUCKS BIG TIME. None of the 30 or so vehicles I have owned have had patina.
