I've been on workman's comp because of my shoulder . I've done over 25 sessions of pt. And nothing seems to be working I've gotten a MRI and there my doctor didn't find anything through that. And now I'm just ready to get back to work..

I suffered a hard fall on my sloped driveway after hitting ice one winter. It pretty much felt like a slam dunk wrestling style going down hard on my R. shoulder and shoulder blade. Had injections didn't help went to a Bone and joint Dr. and he said no tears but you do have bursitis. I had seen this Dr. 6 months before the fall and that was the same Diagnosis. Had regular x-rays and no broken bones but the feeling of subluxation is so prevalent. Severe pain, numbness of my right arm, pain in the right bicep, right scapula and entire shoulder area feels like it's clunking whenever I am doing something. Pain travels under the right collar bone and up the right side of my neck. It's been 3 and a half months and it's just getting worse. So far I they say do exercises but I can't even move the arm in any direction without numbness and pain throughout . Can't sleep on the right or the left due to positioning of the right shoulder, when on my back numbing pain on the right shoulder blade...which evidently protrudes some with certain movement of the R. arm and shoulder. See the next Neurologist/sports medicine Dr at the hospital in June 2022. I think I need an MRI to see if there is a subluxation of the area mentioned. I trying to get a 15 degree abduction sling for sleeping to stabilize my are so I can sleep. Nothing worse than being so tired and sore and have to sleep like your on a bed of spikes. 😫 A real torture in any case.

Hi I suffer from spontaneous sprains, I do not play regular sports so I do not know why it happened. I have been in physiotherapy for over half a year and I do not see any improvement, on the contrary the situation is getting worse, I am 14 years old and I do not think that appropriate surgery currently has other recommendations?

I had what I believe to be a dislocation is 2005 while pressing aft (hand behind my body pushing). After more than a decade I was diagnosed with shoulder instability with both voluntary and (less frequently) involuntary subluxation. Aside from rotator cuff exercises (beneficial, I’m sure, but no noticed difference for me) I have found that simply training proper posture, learning scapular control and placement, and serratus anterior exercise has done worlds of benefits for me. Stick with it. Your body is really, really cool. Odds that you actually need surgery are likely low.

I had labrum surgery in 2017. It was my senior year in HS. I went through physical therapy and felt thought it helped. Until fall semester of my freshman year in college. I dislocated my shoulder and ever since then I have had multiple (probably 50+) subluxations. Went back to my orthopedic surgeon back home during the summer of 2019 and had MRI done and he just recommended exercises, even though though there were still tears and scarring. Never went back to him cause I didn’t find that very helpful. After my shoulder has a subluxation, it’ll be sore for the next 3-5 days and it’ll feel better until it happens again. It sucks having to live like this especially when you love to play sports and be active.

I was born with bilateral talipes 35 years back in my legs, underwent surgery that was not so successful, fought hard and won it. in 2012 met with an accident that dislocated my right arm, since then 3 times subluxation in the same arm, sometimes feel why me , why all these to me!!! But something always says in the back of my head 'you are a fighter'.. I will win this too!!!! On the contrast what will make me to win this more than hardwork is patience and consciousness with which I handle my arm henceforth !

About 3 years ago I had discovered that I could very easily “pop” multiple joints such as my shoulder, hips, etc. in and out of place. I used it as a “party trick,” scaring people and grossing them out, for approximately a year, but then had stopped. A year after stopping, I had an incident on my right shoulder with my backpack. The bag weighed my shoulder down and I felt an intense pop. I eventually went to a doctor and they said that my shoulder has muscles and tendons like noodles, due to how streatched our and overused they are. I went to physical therapy for 6 months, after having several opinions from numerous doctors. I had a few X-rays along with an MRI, but nothing came up, besides and abundant amount of laxity. My shoulder always feels out of place. I am going back to the one doctor, however, I don’t know if they’ll want to do surgery. They said it will result in frozen shoulder which they said is more painful than the current state. Sorry for writing so much.

I race motorcycles. In 1974, I developed a left shoulder subluxation. I saw an orthopedic doctor and he advised surgery. It would cost $5,000 and I was a broke single parent going to college full-time and that amount of money was not happening. While studying in the library one day, I decided to get a book on kinesiology and see what the problem with my shoulder could be. After studying the book for several days and resourcing a few other books, I decided to develop a rehabilitation program for my shoulder, and I was very successful. I still race motorcycles and my program worked so well that after 4 months, I stopped the program and I have had no issues with my shoulder since. A racing acquaintance had the same issue, and I gave my program to him, and he had the same result as I did.

Shite, sounds similar to me. I *thought* that it first happened to me while I was playing soccer at around age 15. I slammed my shoulder into the goalpost and it hurt like hell . . . but then I didn't think about it until one day (I don't remember exactly when, but I was older-possibly 18 or more) when I was reaching for something from the driving seat of my little car into the back seat, it popped out and was the most *excruciating* pain I'd ever had! It seemed to lock, and it seemed like the entire head was out because when I put my other hand around it it was completely abnormal-feeling.
I tried somehow to push it back in and I slowly rotated my arm VERY carefully and all of a sudden it popped back in! What a relief-I could have screamed for joy! But then for at least a week it felt like someone very big had punched me as hard as they could fifty times in the shoulder . . . it was a different kind of excruciating.
Then, over the years, if ever I did something un-normal like reach behind me and pull out it would come . . . I was very fearful of it one day not going back in again and indeed, sometimes it lasted up to a minute (but seemed like an hour) but each time it always went back.
Fast forward to my late 20s . . . (I'll finish this later as I have to go do something)

@@kamakirinoko Thankfully mine is not as painful after it occurs. It's happened 4 times in my life, and at first, it is very painful, I tense up and wince, and then it goes back in and I get some relief. It is sore that evening, but then the next day it is just like I got a vaccination in my shoulder. I initially got the injury when I was 16 doing improper benching form. I would be interested in hearing the rest of your story, if you remember what you were going to say. I am going to physio later tonight to get exercises to strengthen the capsule, but perhaps I will need surgery.

    • @kamakirinoko
      @kamakirinoko Рік тому

@@sakalaath Heh . . . it's been a while, but I *think* I was going to say that it began to become much easier to pop out-but NO less painful. And it would always be that thoughtless **reaching behind me** and pulling at the same time. Suffice to say, I NEVER do that any more!
But flash forward to the middle of my 60s, and while it had been a while since my shoulder came out, a different feeling began to overtake it . . . it began to hurt, at first occasionally, then later, much, much worse. I had no idea what was happening to me, but my whole shoulder began to become stiff. Then, bizarrely, it became impossible to lift my arm past a certain point!
I learned through the beginning miracle of the Internet (it was around 2000) that I had a delightful condition called Adhesive Capsulitis, or "Frozen Shoulder." (Google, please!) This was a horror that apparently could only be solved by "manipulation under anesthesia," a little procedure which I decided to FOREGO. Instead, I had to wait about a YEAR for it to go away.
And the bizarre horror is that your comment finds me suspecting greatly that EXACTLY the same thing has begun happening to my LEFT shoulder! When I began feeling the pain in the shoulder I didn't remember my bout with Frozen Shoulder, but it's all coming back to me now . . . in more ways than one!!

Around 17, I started experiencing very mild subluxation during taking big shots, extreme shoulder movements while playing cricket, always ignored it, considering it nothing. I am 24, I experienced strong subluxation while playing badminton and it got settled by its own, but I lost my shoulder and arm strength.
The apprehension is always there, you tend to live with fear of subluxing it again. The sports medicine person checked MRI and told I have a condition called HYPERLAXITY and all is fine but I randomly had tingling sensations and fatigue pain, loss of strength. Now, after 1st stroke I again experienced the trauma a week before and now I am planning to go for a very much experienced doc and an MR arthrogram to know the shit going inside my shoulder. Sad life!

I had a couple shoulder injuries in my 20s which was 39 yrs ago. The MRI didn't show anything wrong so I did PT for 6 no but it would still roll out at times. My physical therapist did research and did a stretch test on it and the whole shoulder kinda came apart. He said you need to see your surgeon. I went to my surgeon and showed him how to do the test and not only did my shoulder do the same thing something else moved that time. He went in to do surgery and when I woke up he told me my labrum was detached in 2 places that couldn't be fixed and that I was unstable frontwards backwards and down and basically I was screwed. He didn't tell me that they had to move it all around during surgery to find that out. He said he cleaned up a piece of cartridge that was unattached, and hoped that was what I was as feeling move. I knew then it was the extra thing that moved when he did the second stretch test, and it wasn't going to be better. It was so much worse and so incredibly loose from the manipulations he did while I was under. I would wake up every morning with the bone moving in and out of the socket. It was unbelievable painful and I'm a hairdresser. I found Dr dillingham at Stanford and because the first surgeon only debrided and didn't even try to repair he saw me way before the yr I would have had to wait a yr. He had an MRT done which he said was an MRI in motion. He went in orthoscopically and repaired my labrum with suretack and shrunk up all my soft tissue with radio waves. It was the most painful recovery of my life but I was pain free and stable for 10 yrs. Then I had a baby and it rolled again. I probably should have done PT and waited for my hormones to go back to normal so my joints weren't loose to allow for the baby. Hindsight, Dr dillingham did an open capsule surgery where he cut and tightened the tendon and ligament and attached them with screws. It's been stable ever since but I was never truly pain free again. Now I'm in my 50s and took a fall. My good shoulder was hurting and the MRI showed a labrural tear. The physical therapist added some pretty extreme stretches on top of the strengthening exercises. Since that day it has been much more painful. Dr dillingham had said my right shoulder was the worst he'd ever seen. I asked him how that was possible being he's the 49er team surgeon. He kinda chuckled and said "people like you don't make it to the pros" after the pt appointment where he stretched it out I refused to go back until the Ortho says what needs to be done because if I continue to let him stretch it I believe he could cauz it to get much worse. After watching your video I'm pretty sure I made the right call

Got this problem when i was 15yo. Tackled during a soccer game. I was admitted to a hospital and had to fast for about 20 hours (more or less). Eventually, the orthopedic doc came and told me that i do not need a surgery as i was only 15yo that time. They told me that its a shoulder dislocation, but i do not think it is a dislocation. Iam 31 now. It does not come out of the socket where requires me to push it back in, but more like a strange feeling of the bone coming out from the socket n goes back in by itself, for example when i smash hard while playing badminton or throwing something with full force using my shoulder. Thus far, i've experienced this for about 5 times. Eventually, i came across a video demostrating particular exercises to strenghten the rotator cuff. Been working out for quite some time now and i dont get the shoulder bone poping out anymore, but im still controling my sholder or arm movements as i can feel that the shoulder bone poping out could happen if i use too much force from my shoulder. Lastly, from what i have learned, as we get older, the risk of shoulder bone poping out will increaseand it is prudent to control the range of motion of the shoulder joint. If u keep getting your shoulder bone pop out, eventually, u will need surgery. Sorry for the long post.

This happened to me again today for the 3rd or 4th time in my lifetime. First time it happened after i got into a fight and it popped, i put it back and after 20 minutes it popped out again and i had it placed back myself. Today i was doing bench press with 85kg over my chest and it popped out a bit, luckily spotter helped me not to get seriously injured. I'm not quiet sure what to do, i had broken humerus on this left arm 2 years ago and i had a surgery for it, and that is probably the reason why my musles and w/e got weaker around that shoulder and eventually popped. I will probably start taking some rehab exercises to strenghten the shoulder even more, since last time i failed to do so seems like. Feels very depressing and my morale dropped insanely after todays event but feels better after reading all these comments

Ever since my left shoulder has felt unstable, a little weak and i have had achy symptoms in my shoulder and down my arm for months now. Have started physio and are seeing improvements but will have to wait it out. The ache i get is by far the worst symptom, rather than instability and a little weakness.

I fell down onto a hard surface and caught myself in a side plank nearly 10 years ago. I’m pretty sure that was the moment it either dislocated or subluxated. It was pretty damn painful for a while afterwards. For awhile I only got shoulder pain on occasion once it healed.
It regularly falls partially out of the socket nowadays, and it’s extremely startling and painful every time. I thought it only happened when I reached up and back. Until recently when it slid out while leaning forward and resting my weight on folded arms on the floor.
I had one MRI done and they didn’t see anything abnormal which was absolutely devastating at the time. I know there’s something wrong with it. I just don’t know what the next step is toward proving it.

My shoulder 'clunks' out and back in very aggressively when I raise my arm up and back, or trying to reach my back, occasionally even when just putting a high load on it. I used to be a heavy vehicle and machinery mechanic, and had to leave the field behind due to this issue. Occasionally even the angle I lay on to sleep pops my shoulder out. I'm seeing a physio, they've confirmed it's subluxation, also CT scans show bursitis. Physio it helps but it's still pretty bad, just hurts less. The muscle from my rotator cuff to the bottom of my shoulder blade is extremely tough and I suffer a loss on sensation throughout.

I've had both shoulders stabilized with anchors, and donor ligaments put in my knees due to EDS hypermobility. Went through physical therapy before and after each surgery. Now I need a total shoulder replacement but since I'm only 45, the surgeon won't give me one yet since they only last about 10 years. Life with chronic pain is just not fun

About 6 years ago I took an unfortunate tumble while roller blading and my shoulder was shoved forward. Obviously it was extremely painful but I didn’t go to the doctors (which I regret). The next day I noticed with certain movements my shoulder would slide and pop and each pop would be extremely painful. I dealt with that for about a year before going to the doctors. After that I did therapy for about a month, quit since it didn’t help, and then went to another therapist for three months, and finally I went to another doctor who suggested surgery since therapy wasn’t helping. So about two years after my injury, I did the surgery and they tightened things up. The one thing they told me about the surgery was to be extremely careful during recovery, as to not undo it, and to also be warned that they could tighten it too much. However afterwards, my shoulder was fine for about a year. Unfortunately it’s reverted back to its previous state of popping and sliding out so much that I can grab my shoulder and move the bone. I’ll be going back to the doctors in a week to see if there are anymore options!

Since November 2018 I have experienced 3 subluxations for sure, but possibly 4 in less than 4 months. I have swam for years until a chronic back condition made me slow down and have been in and out of the water for a few years. The first subluxation happened when I was in physical therapy for my back doing a stretch, the second was by me brushing my hair, and the third by sliding my shower curtain closed. the possible fourth time I was probably out of range for my shoulder. As soon as the first subluxation we have been rehabbing my shoulder so since November 20, 2018 and it is still popping out. MRI showed no major damage, my bicep tendon was cut from a previous surgery (swim injury) and the MRI only revealed that my labrum is blunting. Therapist is getting concerned since my pain has been increasing dramatically just since my last subluxation on 2/3/19. We don't know of many options left surely with rehabbing it for over 3 months it shouldn't be sliding out so easily.

I had my first sublux back in 2018 and it hurt a bit, I had waited about a week before I start full training again. after this, it would happen again around every six or so weeks whenever I would move my arm quickly above and behind my head. since then I have lost count as to how many times it has happened, it's so common it doesn't even hurt anymore and its been getting worse I can hardly lean back over a chair with my arms up without worrying that it going to come out. I had physio for a long while and it helped a bit but not enough. I had to quit gymnastics because of it. all in all, they are annoying because they don't really warrant an opp but they are bad enough to stop you doing what you want to things you used to be able to do.

I think this is partly what's happening with me. Around two years ago I started having achiness in my shoulder. At the time I was doing a lot of crochet so I was stuck in one position for hours at a time, probably in a bad posture. Then I had two events of extreme pain when moving my arm quickly (once to reach out, once to swat a fly). The pain was so bad it almost took me to the floor. Then I started noticing really bad restrictions in my range of motion. And I have since narrowed it down to several things: I can't fully externally and internally rotate my arm, I can't raise my arm without my entire shoulder lifting and my traps engaging, my subscapularis is locked, I have knots in all my muscles surrounding my shoulder blade, I have some atrophy of the deltoids, and when I get a massage I notice that I can feel a kind of slipping going on in my shoulder when she gently manipulates my arm away from my body. This slipping also occurs at home. It's not painful when it happens but it is definitely disconcerting. It really is a mess. And no, I have not had any imaging done. Other than physical therapy and massage, I think the only thing they could do for me is surgery and I don't believe in surgery unless it's for a life-saving procedure. I can move and I can function... but my thought that this was just a frozen shoulder that would correct itself in a year or two is gone.

Hi David , by shoulder subluxed Today unfortunately. I have had surgery before on my shoulder because I had several dislocations every month
had to take ambulance to the emergency room several times a month so they did surgery on me .
And I have a personal trainee now to strengthen my shoulder muscles.
the shoulder is much better now, that’s why I was so afraid today when it happend, I was thinking “ not again “
But after a few minutes the shoulder popped back into place on its own , what a relief, so I guess it was a subluxation instead of a dislocation.
previously I had to be sedated by drugs to be able to relax to get the shoulder back In place , one time I had to go under general anaesthesia .
I was just stretching my arms behind my back , that’s when it happened .
So probably the surgery worked to get the shoulder more stabil so it won’t dislocate again, but I’m still not completely well when my shoulder subluxed today .
Do you know if that’s a common thing even after surgery that the shoulder can sublux?
I had surgery last summer , today was first time after my surgery that the shoulder almost dislocated again .
I was scared when it happened, wondering if I had to go the emergency room again. The pain was there but not that extreme pain I felt on previous occasions.
Thanks for the video David , really informative.

I have Ehlers-Danlos, and my shoulders are extremely hypermobile. I'll use my arm (singular) as a pillow, lying back on my elbow. I used to pop my shoulders apart to squeeze into tight dresses. One time I had a full dislocation just from taking my jacket off - that time I went to the ER. My PT helped me strengthen the muscles, but it's futile when every joint in your body is like this. Heck, sometimes my shoulder will come apart during my PT exercises, and my useless arm clatters to the floor. I hope they find a cure eventually..

I have a connective tissue disorder and have had several slight subluxations that don't show up on any xrays. So they have never been addressed because they don't believe that I subulaxed because it's not fully dislocated. It's like those old dolls or action figures that had their joints held together with rubber bands. Pull it out goes right back in ,so only deep tissue damage or torn ligaments are the diagnosis. I have gotten instability in my fingers, hand, wrist, SI joints , hips, knees, ankles, toes, arches, and shoulder.

i had a tear in my left LAT muscle 2 years ago that was diagnosed though a mri arthrogram and did physical therapy for it and then returned about 6 months later due to soreness and that “loose” feeling. I was told by one of the therapists that my LAT muscle was so tight it popped the ball partially out of the socket at all times. at that time i experienced minor subluxations (or at least what i think are subluxations). after physical therapy i still thought i was experiencing these subluxations and thought it was normal. now almost a year later i experience shoulder subluxations daily especially when relaxing it while riding my horse (casual rides where i am able to rest one arm but the movement of the horse would make it subluxate), carry something heavy with one arm, and when i hold my arm out and pull against something. The subluxations are not too painful but when i am riding and it goes in and out multiple times it makes my shoulder quite sore and can be painful.

I subluxed my shoulder hundreds of times intentionally in my early 20’s because I thought it felt like a relief after I did it not knowing what was wrong with my shoulder. years later I realized that was harming my body but fortunately after the mri I only had a small labrum tear. That being said if you have a sublux every now and then it does not mean “ohh I immediately have to get an mri because my shoulder subluxed” just do external rotation and scapula excercises and you’ll be good I didn’t even need surgery for mine and I continue to lift heavy weights at the gym, I do wonder if I could be stronger if I had the surgery but regardless I can do everything I need to do except for barbell squats

It started when I was 15 doing gymnastics and I feel has slowly gotten more frequent. It always happens when I put my full effort into a swinging motion. For example in gold when I try to kill the ball my right shoulder slips out in my backswing (I am right handed swinger). The same thing happened twice in one hour during volleyball practice when going for a spike and using all my effort. It takes the fun out of the game because I have feel so cautious about how much force to use on the ball. Im sure I can find a way to fix this by having the correct posture while in the motion and not going too hard.

I was thinking it kept on slipping popping out of place, that tearing feeling, because I used to baseball, lot of eating pavement, semi extreme muscle toning. For ages slipping on the stair outside and grab the rail, that doesn’t help because it happened multiple times, Before the major accident here I just think ouch and I just find a wall and wrack my upper arm.. groovy that feels better, 5 years ago I think... 57 come March... guess what, arm is completely healed on it’s own. I have been skipping meals to try to get rid of my beer belly. Several days now i have just eaten 1 meal per day, and i think this lack of proteins weakened some stuff in my shoulder, so a couple of days ago, after sleeping, my shoulder felt pretty bad when i woke up, and tried to move my arm from under my head and to a normal position. It wasnt still pretty mild, which made me think it was just some small injury that will heal by itself. Yesterday it had gotten maybe a little worse, but still not more than that i could grind my coffee with the hand grinder without having much second thoughts about it. Today however, it is considerably worse, and i dont think this is going to pass by itself. Guess im skipping coffee today, and having some protein shakes to help the body heal any problems in tendons and muscles. Hope i can fix this myself, because my day/night cycle is not the same as my doctor...

I had an anterior dislocation in my left shoulder over a year ago. I recovered for the most part. But just a few hours ago, I subluxated my right shoulder when I missed a dunk and hit the rim. It bothers me so much, I just want to stay healthy. Hopefully this gets better soon

    Dear Sir
I am a Physiotherapist by profession from India , Kolkata. I had right side anterior shoulder dislocation falling in outstretched hand during playing cricket. The head popped out and replaced immediately within few seconds. It was a violent collision with another fielder. There was a swelling around the joint but fully reduced with Ice. Date of Injury 18th December. X Ray was Normal. Now I m in Shoulder immobilizer. However I sometime doubt was it really dislocation or subluxation!
I am a Bowler. What will be my Rehabilitation Program to go into Cricket again ? Thanks.
    Regards
    Dwaipayan Pal

I was in a car accident last year in August and my shoulder subluxes everyday throughout the day. I did physiotherapy for about 5 months and it didn’t help. I saw an orthopaedic surgeon and she’s sending me for more physiotherapy and I told her it didn’t help. I have no abnormalities on X-rays or the mri I had done. Should I get a second opinion?

Hi I think that I have this problem, I had my shoulder checked like 8 years ago, with MRI, the doctor says that I I have a common injury among Baseball players ( haven't played baseball in like 20 years), and it can be fixed with surgery, I didn't wanted to go that way so i did nothing, but didnt have too much pain, what I do is Obstacle course racing, and I do a lot of pull-ups to get my upper body strong to complete obstacles, I usually have this subluxation (in my right shoulder) when doing pull-ups and extending my arms all the way down, if I keep my arms a little bended it won't happen, but lately during races I end up with a lot of pain in my shoulder and feel pain trying to complete any hanging obstacles... what do you recommend..?

Is this as big a problem as an rotory cuff tear or injury.

I think I might have this problem. I didn’t even know it existed so I thought my shoulder had been dislocating at the smallest of things and then just going right back into place. When I told my doctor, he kinda blew it off cuz he didn’t think it was dislocation despite me explaining that I felt it grinding into the socket and the horrible pain I’d feel. I’ll have to mention this next time and see what he thinks

I have had a subluxation from softball as a right handed batter. I have not been able to do much swinging for over 5 years. I have continued to lift weights and play sports and my left shoulder does not have much pain, but it is weak and can feel it move from time to time, when externally rotating it during activities. It bothers me everyday and strengthening is not working. Unfortunately I’m not able to take time off for surgery due to physical demands of work.

Sadly it started on my right shoulder then on my left but my right is the worst to the point where when it happens i can't feel or move my arm for a few seconds. Or i can make my should sublux and it's annoying and scary to my teammates. I've went to the hospital and they said " there's nothing we can do" ... I want to do that test you spoke about. I have taken precautions like stopping sport for a while and no more gym lifting due to my cartilage in my shoulder and collerbone area cracking / rubbing constantly to the point where if i flex it's like cracking my knuckle ls but in the area i said above. Anyhow if you read this what steps aside from my regular doctor who told me to do light weight lifting to regain strength. Cause that shit ain't working lol

I was in a front end collision 2 months ago. I had extreme weakness in my left arm at the ER. Soon after started physical therapy and learned I had probably subluxed my shoulder in the accident. After 3 MRIs no tears or structural damage was found. But I still can’t lift my arm above shoulder height and the head of my humerus pulls away from my labrum at least 15 times per day. Considering this surgery now because I’ve had enough. It’s too painful/:

I had a subluxation in my left shoulder almost 5 years ago , since then I’ve gotten a few MRIs and received physical therapy , spent countless hours in the gym working to rehabilitate it myself and had to buy a side sleeping pillow because the pain was so bad .
I’ve never been told what the problem is , now I don’t have constant pain , but my left trap seems to be nonexistent and the left shoulder seems to be constantly shrugged , tight and weak. I don’t really know what else to do as I’ve consulted specialists . one of the only things that has helped has been dry needling and sports massage to the area.
To me this seems like an impingement , something getting pinched.
Would love to fix this issue for good !
Any advice would be amazing !

I get it in both shoulders but mostly the right. I find it happens most with sudden or unexpected movements. I was trying to help my balance on a skate board by putting my arms out/abducting and while focusing mostly on footwork, my shoulder just suddenly gives out and then i wiped out. Today I was playing hockey outside and hit a rough spot on the ice. Again trying to use my arms and body to adjust my weight so that I wouldn't fall down, my shoulder suddenly pops. Yet I can do 50 push ups , do overhead presses , bench press, etc with 0 subluxation and little to no pain. It's a strange thing for sure. Trying to determine the direct motion that causes the majority of my issue

My first chiropractor thought I might have had eds but others I've seen have said no. I don't have any of the hyperflexibility symptoms but just a lot of cracking throughout my body when moving. (doesn't mean I'm still paranoid about possibly having it...) Especially in my shoulders. How would you know if it's a subluxated joint or just cracking? Like my shoulder cracks fairly often and they feel very unstable.

I actually used TRX straps at my gym and tried doing chest flies where I leaned toward, putting all my weight forward and opening my arms and my left shoulder popped out of place and a second later popped back in, initially it didn’t hurt, I just stopped using the straps and it scared me more than anything. But days later it’s like a constant little bit of popping and moving around. I hope I didn’t really mess anything up. Hopefully it will recover on its own in a while? Not too sure.
