@Alex Vargas that's the most idiotic statement. Get lost. Criminals all need patted down thoroughly for many reasons including officer safety. Female criminals don't deserve special treatment. They've made children so indispensable, throw away babies is the in thing, when you are more worried about how inconvenient little babies are, it makes it easy to see these children as not meaningful. If she wasn't charged with endangerment to them, just shows how far down we've gone down that dark path.😥😥😥
The “mother” makes me very angry but I can not help but wonder, what unspeakable hell she went through to make her try so hard to escape her own head. Unspeakably sad all around.
Just a thought folks. I'm not a lawyer & I do not condone anything she did, but the cop messed up very badly case wise. She took the pill(s) in the cop car, on a camera. With a lawyer worth anything, I believe she now has a very good argument that she got 'impaired' after the accident & before the test, if she indeed does test positive for drugs. The defending evidence is on a 'police' camera...wow. Of course they can get her with some other issue, but drug impairment is probably not gonna be one... Law folks am I right? To me It would definetly cause a 'reasonable' doubt in court. Hope all works out for those kids...
I’m wondering with the blood test it will show how much is in her system compared to the dosage of the pills she took in the car. If tests higher then could prove she was under the influence?
Good thought, but I watched this vid so many times, I can't tell how many pills she took. All she needs to do is say a number, they will have the levels by trial. All that needs to be proven in court is a 'Reasonable Doubt'. I think that should be easy to do. And again I do not condone what she did at all. My greatest triggers are kids getting harmed & folks that can't fight back like the elderly & the weak, etc... It has gotten me in trouble at times...
I think they will still bust her with DUI, because they can get her Blood Alcohol Content. She would have cried rape had the cop done a proper frisk. Can't win for losing.
Ok you're correct, only IF she in fact was drinking, as I did mention before. If it was only drugs that she was on, then as I said, the blood drug levels wouldn't mean much in court...reasonable dought... Its the same reasoning why so many drunk folk run away if they're stopped or in an accident. Get somewhere, drink or not, but testify something like 'I ran, had drinks cause I was scared/nervous'. Who's gonna say different. Then turn yourself in or get caught. People have done it for many, many years. The other charges probably won't be as severe as DUI/DWI... In her case it could get her out of something like child endangerment...
Just seeing what this “mother” did in the back seat while the officer was in the front seat…fidgeting with that medicine bottle & popping a couple of pills…there’s your level of intoxication…can’t believe this officer didn’t pat her down before putting her in the car!
So the car flipped twice with her three kids in it & she has NO QUESTIONS about the welfare of her own children. Call CPS- those kids are in dire circumstances.

I thought the same but I believe he was outside the car when all that was happening. Regardless, he did a very poor job of searching her. Had she had a small pistol he’d be dead. Absolutely inexcusable.
If you watch at the 30 minute mark you can hear her in the backseat messing around with the pills and see him outside the vehicle talking to someone. Once he gets in, you don't hear it at all

Ok devils advocate here - I know people are pointing out the haphazard pat down by the cop. My first thought was that she’s clearly erratic and combative, three kids in the car to be assessed for injuries, and they’re on a busy highway. Getting her in a locked vehicle she can’t leave with handcuffs was a totally reasonable choice in the moment, the cop had to secure the scene as fast as possible and locking the mom away from the crash and her children was the most important thing. Idk, he could’ve done better for sure, but I would’ve wanted to get her in the car as fast as possible so she didn’t leap into traffic. It’s happened before.
Help? She needs prison time. The kids were injured and emotionally scarred for life. Everyone was not OK. Maybe stop victimizing her and you will be able to see the truth.
Not Once did this woman ask about her three children that by her actions could have killed. I wonder how some children survive in the care of people who truly should never be called a parent and should never be allowed to be one.
She's driving high or drunk or both on the highway with her children in the car. She goes across the lanes rolls the car two or three times. She's lucky those kids are alive. Her reactions to all this is one of irritation, not worry or regret. She acts like she's pissed off that her day is being interrupted. What the hell is wrong with the cop that he didn't frisk her that well. She's got a bottle of pills in her pocket that she manages to get open while she's handcuffed behind her back? She gets it open puts a couple pills in her hand, then in her mouth, closes the bottle and carries on like nothing happened. Did she even ask about her children? I sure hope she did when we couldn't see or hear what was going down by the ditch.
My mom did precisely this, drunk.. with me in the backseat, when I was 5. I had just unbuckled my seat belt to grab a bag of candy corn pumpkins from the floorboard.. it was around Halloween. I was sitting with my legs croosed, so when we hit my left knee smashed into the little ashtry between the seats. Broke the growth plate in my knee cap. They told us at first my leg may never grow any more. I was in a body cast for months.. my whole leg & around my waist. Was such a pain in the ass to pee.. and the bottom of the foot was rounded so I fell all the time. Still think about it every time I get on the interstate there. Long, circlular on ramp.. when the circle ended, my mom didn't..just drove right into traffic. I'm 39 & have driven on the interstate maybe 3 times. I get so flippin' anxious thinking about merging into traffic, get anxiety welps & get nauseous.. so I've always just drove around my elbow to get to my as*hole.. taking the long way every damn where I go. Maybe one day before I die I'll get up the nerve to merge onto the interstate. Maybe not.
Terrible search, and didn’t seatbelt suspect (notice his lunch is safe though!). If she ODs it’s on him. @@nancythane4104 Maybe not for you, but it’s a reflection on the officer. I’m about as pro police as a person can get, but that doesn’t mean condoning poor performance. I also don’t think he’s an all around bad cop, but there are procedures in place for a reason. I don't really blame the cop. He did a light pat down mostly checking for weapons. As a male officer I think he was appropriate. Probably why he left her alone in car. Supervised by the camera. Congrats on your sobriety. Hoping to join your ranks soon. God Bless.
@Alex Vargas that's the most idiotic statement. Get lost. Criminals all need patted down thoroughly for many reasons including officer safety. Female criminals don't deserve special treatment. Don't like the pat downs, then don't be a criminal. You're more concerned about the pat down than the fact that the officers negligence in giving a light pat down could ruin the case against the woman who almost killed her children and definitely ruined them emotionally for a long, long time. Shame on you.
Shelly the kids won't see her for a long time, if she can ever get them back. I'm sure their dad will keep them away from her. As he should.
Doesn’t care about her kids, but she sure does Care a whole lot about those pills in her pocket… there should be so many more charges. In this case I’m disgusted.
Not buckled in? Not frisked to check her pockets?? She’s just having a ball popping pills. Those poor children
The woman who stopped...we need more people like her. Thank goodness she was there to help the kids. Truly an angel.
She's very out of it. But not so out that she didn't forget where her pills were.
And it was at that moment she knew she was screwed
Police should have searched her before he put her in his car. She was taking pills. Hopefully with this video she will lose custody of her kids and someone who loves them will take them in and care for them.
Yeah, someone, cause fathers don't exist so someone needs to hopefully take the kids in. As a man and a father, your lack of respect for men/fathers is disgusting.
As a mother myself, If I was ok after that I would've been making sure my kids were ok good grief!! She didn't once check or even ask about her kids?!! Wtf?!! By reading about this in the description I see the everyone was ok which THANK GOD!!
I'm not even a mother and the kids were the first ones I thought of. They were absolutely helpless in all this.
Look at the shocked face she has when she realizes she is being recorded 🤣 @24:30
Yes! You were recorded taking pills in the back of the police car 😂
Uhmmm… I noticed she didn’t have her seat belt on… Is that a policy??
But that will work out for her now, just testify in court that she got stoned in back of the cop car, after the accident. They will get her for other stuff, but reasonable doubt now on the drugs.
Mr policeman FU bad...
@@brianpaychek What she got high in the police car? When, do you have a time stamp for that? I saw her trying to dig around in her pockets but didn't see her pull anyout. She sure is staring the camera down on the way to jail! Someone else commented she took some pills. Did they not pat her down?!
@@lori6037 When she pulls the med bottle & whatever else out of the pocket. Then you will see her fumbling to get to the pills inside of the bottle.
It looks like she got one/some, then you will see her movement hand to mouth. I think I saw a single white pill come out of her pocket also.
Apparantly if she was searched, it wasn't very well. Look, the police mess up sometimes, they're human. But it does make folks think whether things are a mistake, correct or not.
Such as this example:

A BIG FREAKING MISTAKE...
If you are a mother; you know. If you are wanting to become a mother or soon to be. This is a lesson to you to not be this lady :/ no worried about her children at all. So sad.
I guess the officer didn’t pat her down well enough,it could have been a weapon she had in her pocket instead of a bottle of pills. That’s not good.
*WAIT DID I MISS SOMETHING??*
*WAS SHE EVER CHARGED WITH ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF MINORS?*
My daughter does this with my grandchildren. She absolutely denies she is drunk or drinking.
I now have all of the children because she drives drink with them.
God bless you!!
Thank God you have the children. They are safe now thanks to you!
God bless you for understanding that you needed to step n and care for your grandchildren. As a grandmother to 6 grandchildren I’d do the same but that is not an easy thing to do.
@@janetrodriguez914 it's so upsetting she had a baby after I took custody of them and now I am getting calls that they took her but she is with non family members.
Where is the father?
She looks like she just left Roller Derby.
I am stunned . She was taking pills in the back of cop car. So they didn't empty her pockets and then didn't pay attention.
If the car flipped two times, how in heavens name did the kids not get hurt.
I know this shouldn't be funny to me but how in the hell did those pills stay in her pocket rolling over? Yeah I know, twisted mind...glad the kids weren't hurt.
Someone was watching over them.
Sad all the way around. Glad the kids were not hurt. Officer fail though. She could have taken that whole bottle of pills. How do you miss that?
I can only state:I hope they drew her blood. This SOUNDS terrible, but we never find out if they got any evidence from her. The lack of charges for endangerment are probably another story as well. I hope it wasn't that it was "missed". It may be some other reason I don't understand.
She wasn't initially charged with child endangerment, but she ultimately will be indicted for endangerment in a trial.
She's talking about trick or treating???? In 2 hours. OMG she is a despicable woman and terrible mother. She should be ashamed at what she did when she's sober.
Really hard to see anything, but it’s a miracle that all her kids are okay!
Those kids were so lucky she didn't kill them and that civilian stopped to help & keep them safe while in the middle of the highway! How did he miss a pill bottle in her pocket and why the heck wasn't she also charged with child endangerment x3? Our justice system is soo beyond infuriating!!
They've made children so indispensable, throw away babies is the in thing, when you are more worried about how inconvenient little babies are, it makes it easy to see these children as not meaningful. If she wasn't charged with endangerment to them, just shows how far down we've gone down that dark path.😥😥😥
Do you mean they made children so disposable? Indispensable means essential which doesn’t seem to fit with what your comment said.
The “mother” makes me very angry but I can not help but wonder, what unspeakable hell she went through to make her try so hard to escape her own head. Unspeakably sad all around.
@Mark Klippenberg Sometimes they just like the feeling the intoxicants give. They 're not running, they're embracing.
Maybe none. Doesn’t matter anyway, It in no way justifies her crimes.
Stop just stop trying to make her a victim.
Mark would you say the same if it were the father who rolled the car, or is it just the women who are victims in your make-believe world?
Children deserve good loving parents, drunk parents don't deserve children.
This is how officers get shot in their cruisers.. you *always* search the suspect before you place them in your car.
She was in handcuffs so I don't see how she could get her pills out and open them and take one or six. She must be double jointed
True to form, she's more concerned with getting her cigarettes than seeing to her children.
Just seeing what this “mother” did in the back seat while the officer was in the front seat…fidgeting with that medicine bottle & popping a couple of pills…there’s your level of intoxication…can’t believe this officer didn’t pat her down before putting her in the car!
I wish that people who aren't able to be good parents would stop popping out babies. There are ways to stop that from happening.
Agreed. Definitely needs to be sterilized.
I’m glad she put the bottle back in her pocket so she could save some for later. We wouldn’t want her to run out or anything.
So the car flipped twice with her three kids in it & she has NO QUESTIONS about the welfare of her own children. Call CPS- those kids are in dire circumstances.
Some people shouldn't breed. I'm not sorry I said it.
Yup some people should not reproduce cause it seems nowadays everything is genetic… EVEN LYING!!! And they keep lying even though they been caught on camera… 1 dummy + 1 dumbass = 5 LIARS…
Wait a minute...was the cop in the car the whole time she was messing with that bottle?? So not only did he inadequately search her but he didn't notice her shaking those around and eating a bunch of them? What in the french toast is happening here?!
"What in the french toast" is new to me & I LOVE it so much!! 😂
I thought the same but I believe he was outside the car when all that was happening. Regardless, he did a very poor job of searching her. Had she had a small pistol he’d be dead. Absolutely inexcusable.
I love,…..what in the FT is happening here….that is gonna be my new saying…too funny…😬
If you watch at the 30 minute mark you can hear her in the backseat messing around with the pills and see him outside the vehicle talking to someone. Once he gets in, you don't hear it at all
@@jennybeam7226 You sure you want to post in public while your profile pic shows you holding a Brandon/Cameltoe sign?
You have some of the best dui content out there. I really look forward to more videos. It’s a lot of work, I’m sure, but it’s greatly appreciated. Helps a lot of people.
Tampering with a bottle of drugs, and I think taking at least one pill, while under camera view in the back of a cruiser! We have the Daily Stupid award. Heh, her eyes sure went wide when she saw the camera, but I don't think she got the clue it was all being recorded.
That took a lot of skill lmao. Her getting that pill
When I saw her dig out those pills I said out loud, " are you serious right now?" Why wasn't she searched?
Pathetic Mom.
And she’s trying to hide pills!!!! Hope she’s doing time for DUI & child endangerment. She needs to be in jail.
Well, at least she’s gonna have a miserable time kicking in jail. My money is on opioids/benzos. I hope her kids are somewhere safe now.
She needs help she will do this again am glad everyone was ok 👌
Help? She needs prison time. The kids were injured and emotionally scarred for life. Everyone was not OK. Maybe stop victimizing her and you will be able to see the truth.
Shes creepy when she’s staring at the cam…
Demonic really
Not
Once did this woman ask about her three children that by her actions could have killed. I wonder how some children survive in the care of people who truly should never be called a parent and should never be allowed to be one.
More worried about her phone than her kids...
Phone probably has all her drug contacts in it. Smfh. She makes me SICK!! 🤢🤮🤔😠😡🤬
And her pills, with no water.
Wonder what pills those are??????
That's because she's so freaking drunk and high on whatever pills those high. Not a good combination.
Addicted are selfish, they seek their own pleasure and well-being... 😥
Crazy how close traffic moves by them.
When you're sitting on side of I-4 like they are you can feel your car shake as the cars go by, it's normal but still a bit freaky at times.
she wasnt searched very well......
How in the world were her pills not found. They should’ve had a female officer conducted a thorough investigation on her before her transportation!!
I have a feeling this isn't her first rodeo.
WOW!! Wonder if the leo was disciplined for this debacle and was she charged with bringing drugs into the jail?
Damn that cop was ballsy speeding onto that freeway like that! ( I say that respectfully)
She wasn’t charged with child endangerment ?!???
Wow she's popping them pills like Crazy. Those poor kids
Wasn’t she searched? She’s messing with pills in her pocket, WTF?
The whole reason she wanted to keep the jacket on in the middle of a hot day was because of those pills.
Hope she gets the entire state penal code thrown at her with max sentences for putting three children through a horrific wreck and endangering others.
Funny spot: 27:36 Suspect notices back seat camera. Smile you’re on Real Body Cam!
@Cianna McCoy If she OD'd it's no loss.
@@nancythane4104 Maybe not for you, but it’s a reflection on the officer. I’m about as pro police as a person can get, but that doesn’t mean condoning poor performance. I’m fairly certain that a suspects death would have an impact on the cop, especially if he could have prevented it. I also don’t think he’s an all around bad cop, but there are procedures in place for a reason. She could have had anything in her pocket, and that brings into play officer safety as well as his duty to protect the suspect while in his custody.
If that was my wife, she would be praying the cops took her. Endangering my kids, i wouldnt be polite.
I hope she’s watching this with us.
She’s looking right at me! 😂
So grateful that my parents drank at home 🙄
He was NOT in the car while she was messing with her pills.
Looks like y’all forgot to search her first
Glad that the kids were OK…do they go back and review their videos…dash cams?? Nimble little thing isn’t she to be able to get to the pills she had and WHAT was she wearing!!
sad excuse for a human being never once asked how her children are or what will happen to them
She had no concern for her kids at all! She never once asked about them. She's worried about trick-ot-treating?! She's lucky they are ALIVE! And, the officer who searched her needs to be reprimanded. How did he miss a pill bottle in her pocket? I hope she loses her kids....they deserve better.
Thats a lovely little outfit for a mom in the middle of the day to be wearing!
Take her listen e away forever. If kids are in the car, no more driving for you. Especially since she doesn’t care for them after a horrific accident. Throw away the jail key!!!!!
You really need to have a transcript or allow close captions. I know it's hard to run it through the transcription software. But, can you please?
I saw a video on one of these channels we are young man was handcuffed and in the back seat but no seatbelt. A car hit the police car so hard that the young man went flying through the back windshield and landed it on the side of the road. I don't think he was even hurt but I know he's sued the police. That's everybody's second name anymore
The officer that searched her person needs some training....her taking pills in the back of the patrol car is not nor should be allowed
She was totally impaired. Impaired driving, impaired decision making, impaired moral…..
The eyewitnesses that sticked around cared about her kids more than she does.
I love how there is 0 debris in the road but still all the traffic rubber necks to look at the Chaos but no one actually gets out to help....
Gets out to help?!?! 🤔
Those kids are little. That's so scary. I hope they're okay.
Naaah! Those weren’t pills! It was Halloween candy!
I just hate stupid beeothcesss!
On another note....my freaking future husband just walked by the camera 📸 3:07
Hahahahaha
Why didn’t they empty her pockets
She had something else other than bottle of pills that she tossed in the floor..
