    Great stuff. Solid plug welds! I think the fender flares look really good on the 67s so I like where this is headed.

      I never would have thought plug welds have such a technique to them. Yea a bit of flare will look good and serve the function really well!

    Free-handing small repair sections while operating the finger sander with the other hand - been there, done a whole lot of that!
    It may not be the route you want to go, but Maier Racing do fibreglass fenders with different amounts of flare already moulded into them. Their site as some pics of them fitted to a white car. They're not cheap, though.

      Yea, learning as much as I can. I've seen the Maier racing stuff it looks rad I actually want their hood.

      @@RidicULooseAutomotive Yep, they're got quite a range. The zero rust and less weight are always plus points, too.
