Just finished my install of the red paddles. I had to disconnect the battery because I couldn't deal with the horn honking LOL. Hardest part is getting the air bag out but the rest is easy. I gave you a shout out on my channel so others could follow your tutorial. Thanks again for your help!

Seat belt stay -- the Corvette Owner's Manual says the seat belt slot is meant for shorter occupants. If your shoulder is high enough, you are not to put the seat belt through the slot, but just let it ride on top.

Yes, actually. If I could have ordered this car exactly how I wanted it, the red shift paddles, red seat belts, and red stitching would have made the cut for sure! I think the red interior with the red exterior is a bit too much, but I LOVE the red interior with the white exterior!

The seatbelt stays are horrible. I bought the same ones. I took them off mine as they are unsafe. The seatbelt will not go into lock position in a crash, and the seatbelt is so much harder to work and a pain in the ass to put back right when you get out of the car. I am a crash investigator and I would never recommend these to anyone. They are dangerous.
FYI the bolt is a Torx T25, not T20, at least on my '19 and do yourself a HUGE favor and remove the horn fuse #33 if you're not gonna disconnect the battery. Be mindful of the steering wheel bezel tabs snagging the leather of the wheel as you try to pull it out...

They look great! I wish they made them in Sebring orange. That and a red engine start/stop button, although two different colors wouldn't be aesthetically pleasing. And I'd probably confuse it for a fire suppression system and forget how to start the car. ;)

Hi Justin, I thought you had a 3LZ trim package to be able to get the red stitching. I have the 2LZ package and I also really wanted the red stitching. But I wasn’t going to spend another $7,000 ($5,400 3LZ, $1,000 carbon fiber dash, $500 red stitching) to get the red stitching. So what did I do? For $5 for 2 fabric dye sharpie markers I did it myself and it looks like it came from the factory that way. Fabric markers give you time to wipe the excess ink off of the leather with paper towels before it has a chance of drying. They say 15-20 minutes before it dries. I did 10” at a time and then wiped it down. I’ll email you some pictures.
I do have the 3LZ but I'm not sure if the option was offered in 2015 and if it was the previous owner of my car didn't opt for it. I'd definitely like to see those pictures, though!

You where right about the horn, got me every time to the point I just disconnected the battery. Just want to say thanks for making this video, it was a great help.
That’s a gallon of gas! I’m not actually mad but I agree it usually is. I’ve been proven wrong with other stuff too from there so I’ve started using eBay more. I agree about missing driving too. Mine’s been put away since the beginning of December. Even when the whether has hit the 50’s or 60’s there is just too much salt left to drive it.

Agreed. Seat belt stays and the protekt skid plates were the first "mods" I did to my Z06

There are two connections at the back that just need unclipped. You'd definitely want to disconnect the battery before doing that, though.

Those are probably little set screws designed to hold the aftermarket ones on to the factory shift paddles.

The rev match paddle should come with the manual transmission Vette, GM is being cheap.

They come completely out. I chose not to take them all the way out because I didn't want to have to get them back in there.

Did you lower your car with the stock lowering bolts?
Stock bolts all the way down with 1 rib cut out of the leaf spring pad in the rear of the car.
