I think Taiwan's success in this industry is quite to do with being Taiwanese, especially the parenting style of most talented people in the country who study in the US. I personally had a chance to know one of them and their kids but the parents are very special, somewhat similar to Indian parents. The rate of success in the US per capita of those Taiwanese are something very special, probably the best in the world.
