How do you change the mop head please? I can't seem to get mine to come off. I followed the instructions in the user guide. But the there is a black arrow in the image that is in the total opposite direction to the arrows on the mop head. I'm totally confused now. I started using pressure, but I'm scare of breaking the mop head.
