My concern is about transferring dirty water back into the clean water section after wringing. Ideally, mopping should involve wetting the mop with clean, soapy water, cleaning the floor, and then wringing the dirty mop into a separate, dirty water section to prevent contamination of the clean water. The process should minimize the mixing of clean and dirty water, maintaining the efficacy of the cleaning solution and reducing the spread of dirt. From what I see here, wringing the dirty, used mop puts about the majority of the dirty water back into the clean water section. This means that with each dip into the bucket, you'll be washing your floors with dirtier, and dirtier water.
What are your thoughts on this?

I see what you're saying however; ive never seen a mop that didn't mix the clean solution with the "dirty" mop once its been applied to the floor. This mop set is the first mop ive seen that gives you the ability to wring and clean off hair and bits of dirt or mud before putting it back into the clean side. I would say that cleans more of the "dirt" than a traditional mop and bucket set where most people, at least that I've ever seen place the "dirty" mop head into the clean side, swish it around a bit and then wring it, and keep washing. The spinning mop head sets work great to wring out lots of water, but hair and little tiny splintery pieces of wood (we have a woodstove) grt locked into the microfiber or anything small that "sticks" that the broom might have missed prior to mopping. So, do you usually use two seperate buckets when mopping? Or do you know of a mop set that has a way to clean the mop head so clean that it literally appears "new" each time you place it on the floor? If you do PLEASE let me know!
