- My 200th video. I chose a Bob Dylan song. It taken from his 1966 album "Blonde On Blonde".
I'm playing my Kanile'a K1 with brown Worth strings. I get the jangly sound by strumming with the thumb and first two fingers.
Last night I had a dream in which I heard a beautiful cover of this song. For me, the reality of this version exceeded my imaginings.
Great cover! Makes it sound like the song was always meant to played this way :)
Great, Ken. Congrats on the 200th videos!
Can't say I've watched all of them, but I have throughly enjoyed all the ones I have seen!
Thanks for watching. Not sure about Brian Jones refs. It was recorded a while back.
Congrats on 200. Great song, great performance. Once again, your tone blows me away. Fantastic.
This is better then my words can express. You are so bloody talented. All the best Ken.
Thanks for watching.

What a beautiful thing to say. Thank you.
I realy like this one... a great 200th post!
Plus, that strum is a really neat trick!
Awesome Ken! One of your best I think, and among 200 great vids, that's not bad... Love the strumming, the riff and the excellent vocals!
fantastic tone and singing Ken!
i love this song as well :)
always a pleasure to listen to.....
Simply Terrific. that uke sounds great ken, and you cant really go wrong with a classic dylan tune for number 200. Great one.
loved every second of it!
good one ken its hard not to start singing like dylan when doing his songs like eatting a doughnut without licking your lips great cover well done on making your 200th !
Congrats on the milestone, Ken. You're a great guy and great player.
Best cover !! Thank you very much !
I knew there was a reason I stop by
your site.
amazing!!
Love it! Sounds great on the Uke. Your enunciation is very, very good there too. Dylan would be impressed too i think.
wow, two hundred videos! That's pretty prolific!
It's a great song with great lyrics and you've done a great version yet again!
I'm still saving up for a nice bit of wood!
All the best
200th video? Holy moly.
I enjoy your treatment of this song.
Ken - Not being a dylan fan, I'd never heard this before.
Loved it .
Congrats and thanks !
@hm333333 Thank you for tuning in.
Beautifull ... and it also sounds so professional ... I really like it a lot.
Thanks. I really appreciate that comment.
Man, that's SO GOOD. Congrats !
Amazing!
Yes, I love this song too. One of my favourites.

Awesome strumming Ken. Really nice singing as well. Congrats on 200 vids.
that was great!
brilliant take ken!
great strumming and singing!
Thanks very much, Val.
nice... great job on this one!
Excellent. That was a very Dylanesque strum, if that's a term I can use. Congratulations on 200 quality videos. I want you
..to make 200 more.
Congrats on 200, great version of this song.
awesome i dig it!
Thanks Chris.
Great, Ken. There is such a lot of emotion in that one.
Also, great singing and playing, of course.
Thanks Stew. I don't listen to him any more, but I did like his early stuff.
I really love this one Ken! Your singing, your relaxed manner in it, and that jangly strum.... all fantastic. Congrats on the 200 videos! That's a real achievement.
Nice job! You just made me love this song as a uke tune!
Tavit Smith Thank you.
Very very nice 😃💕
Thanks Lawrie
Thank you, Peter.
Thank you, Michael.
good choice for the 200th video, really good.
Thank you, James.
Thank you, Caroline.
Thank you, Stephen.
Thank you very much.
Thanks very much.
also, this is a tough song to sing without slipping into dylan-esque voice traits. you really made it your own.
Thanks,K. I appreciate that.
Thank you, Jeff.
Thank you, Colin.
Much appreciated, Deach.
GRANDE !!!!
5 *****
Great! Very Dylanesque.
Thank you, Todd.
Congrats on hitting 200 videos Ken .
Thanks Alan, I will.
Thank you.
Thank you, Don.
Thanks B.
Thanks Mr.P.
nice... really great performance
Thanks for watching.
Enjoyed your singing on this Ken, not easy to do a faithful dylan cover without sounding like you are trying to sound like Dylan, but i thought you made it yours. Nice zingy ending too!
Muy bonito. Gracias...
Thanks.
I like the song, Ken. You did a great job with the lyrics. I find it sometimes hard to assign the syllables to the right notes in Dylan songs. Your rendition sounds so effortless and laid back. I also enjoyed the chunking towards the end!
Thanks Renata.
I only have two koa ukes. They both have this fish. I personally like it.
Thanks Mary-Anne.
Thanks Bill.
Ah! Thanks for the info.
Appreciate that, Russ.
Good job Ken
Thanks.
Grazie tante.
Thanks R.
Thank you, Seeso.
It's a great uke. The bright tone is actually only partly the ukulele, partly the strings, partly the upper EQ I added and partly the strum.
Thanks.
Thanks. It is really hard not to sing this song like he does.
Thank you Edmond. Yes, it is a tenor.
I wanted to get a sort of guitar-like jangly sound. I am quite pleased with it really.
Thank you Ken. Inspirational. I've been looking for a new song to learn and now we need look no longer. Thanks for saying which uke you are playing.
I like to try not to imitate the original inger. I just try to do it my own way. Thanks Dirk.
Very great version. Is yours a Tenor ? I have tried some Tenor before, but not as bright as yours, your tone is very good, clean and bright. Maybe it s because my strumming is not good enough, I can't play a Concert or Tenor so bright and dynamic like you.
200th video! You are the man!
@CybeRocker17 Thanks.
Thanks. What guitar?
This one is a good one to learn. It has only 4 chords and plenty of scope to make it your own. For instance, it would work really well at a slower tempo.
Great! Can we have the tab for ukulélé?
Great job, Ken! Notice you're using your old Zoom recorder?
Also, how do you like the UV finish on the Kanile'a? Any difference between that and the standard nitro(?) finish on some of your koa ukes?
Hi Ken, thanks again for another great cover and video. Two songs I'm very passionate about.
May I ask the chords you use here?
Thanks again for the inspiration
Looks like F, Am, D, C and Bb.
@@KenMiddletonUkulele Thank you again 😊
I just realised, Bb as well.
very nice ken. what kind of mike is that?
Which 4 have you used?
Ken, i really liked your video. The way you play sounds really good!
Im trying to figure out how you go from the C chord to the F again. Its very cool! Can you send me tabs?
@lanthropologue No, sorry.
It's a Zoom H2.
