this online platform is good but insurance companies are a drawback because you can not proceed without them

Yep. But a call to them and you can even be updated within 10 mins in my case. Frustrating if you try after office hours

No you do not. Just proceed to next and enter their car number plate

I have paid my insurance already but am not able to make a payment why is it so??do I have to do fitness also coz it's not expired

Could be your insurance is not captured in the system. Call your insurance company and ask them to update your policy in the system

Took mine 5 minutes to update.
They have departments that do that. They'll need your policy number
