How does one retrieve a copy of the road tax disc if no download or printout was done while making an online payment?
Login in to zampsass using this Link: eservices.gov.zm/#/service/4.
On Dashboard Click - "My Workplace"
On your right hand Dashboard- Under Applications Click: - "Completed
"
Select “Road Tax “ and then Click “ View Case Folder”
Select “Documents”
then Select “Certificate Print Out”.
You will be able to retrieve and print it out
Any password am trying to make is not being accepted, what do I do?
@edwid, try a password that has 8 letters with UPPERCASE, lowercase, Numbers and Symbols.
for example Chileshe@6082.
In this case "C" is uppercase, "hileshe" is lowercase, "@" is a symbol and "6082" is a number.

The background sound is distracting.
Why not just use your actual voice and reduce or remove the background song. Thank you for the help
