I used to think soreness = muscle growth but after training more for strength (5,6,8 reps at about 90% max effort) my muscles grew more and I did not get that sore.
I can never imagine working as hard as you do. I don't k ow from where you get all that will power and strength. I watch your workout vedios while I workout to push myself..
