Nah- Kid Rhyme just didn’t want to admit he was getting bodied in Tenkaichi in the future so he did the Zamasu thing and went into a parallel timeline to cleanse the L’s he’s gotten
They can give you a small load screen that allows you to play a mini-game until you press X/A. They can even give out small rewards if you reach certain goals (every 10 bowls, pushups, or swords can give you zeni or capsules or whatever.)
For this new AI, layups and safe combos /attacks are everything. You basically never want to do a super just raw. I choose attacks that are instant and lay them up with a volley of ki blasts (can’t be vanished, and is done by holding the ascend button and pressing the ki blast button). Also since ki blasts are a safe attack, it’s a great way to extend a combo. Once you get a hang on safe combos, you can do 1v2s or maybe 1v3s. At that point you just gotta lock in and pray.
7:35 It's actually REALLY easy to dodge a super move at point blank in Tenkaichi 3. If you just hold the button to dodge while the super move animation is still playing, the game will interpret that as you pressing the button on the first frame after the animation ends, and you automatically dodge. Pro Tip.

I felt the skill gap of current me and kid me when I played Super Mario 64 again two years ago after not playing it in like 8 years. And for not playing BT3 in also like 6 years, dude. Go to the training/tutorial mode. It actually teaches you EVERY mechanic in the game. Even just complete the basics and the boring stuff just to make sure you don’t miss anything. The reason vegeta couldn’t find you is because you destroyed his scouter and scouter vegeta couldn’t sense ki. In order to find you you had to be in his view. Bt3 had crazy details for a game of that time
You either have to learn how to z counter. Or keep trying to make them clash when they dash. But the timing on z countering is very tight so might take time to learn.

What i do against Z difficulty CPU is play completely defensively, Only attack when they're in recovery from missing an attack or from you blocking one and you being plus. For combos i found that the step-in combo works the most consistently on them. Also yes shockwaves also work pretty often on them and you can use the follow up attacks to either knock them down and get some distance and some time to charge unless they use the quick recovery (best with the ki blast button follow-up) or combo with a super (works best with the attack button follow-up but only if you press it once or twice and then a super at the end if you want, Pressing it three times will put you at an awkward angle and remove them from your line of sight so you can get sneaked). Keep in mind that there are two types of shockwave attacks; One that knocks them forward and one that sends them upward, The one i just talked about is the one that sends them forward but the other one is also good and its follow-up is holding down and pressing the ki blast button, It knocks them down and gives you time to charge or if you're high enough you can also use a super. there's a chance they vanish the follow-up attacks of both shockwaves but they don't do it that often compared to other moves. And lastly if the character you're using has an unblockable ki blast like the destructo disc or sword slash; SPAM THE HELL OUT OF IT from range with ki charging inbetween, It knocks them back and they can't do anything against it if you don't let them get too close (If they get too close they will do the dash that gets them behind you but they don't do it from far away for some reason.) Its an amazing way to get some time to breathe and charge ki while also doing chip damage.
it seems on how they are revealing the roster it will take another 8 - 10 trailers to get the full roster therefore based on how we get trailers every month we won't get the game release till next year
