I think you would love the book Truth In Translation: Accuracy and Bias in English Translations of the New Testament by Jason David Beduhn. The title makes it sound super dry, lol, but I promise, it’s actually a page turner! Very objective (he doesn’t have any agenda toward a particular denomination), and explains hefty topics like Ancient Greek and translator bias in a really easy to understand way. I feel like it’s a must read for serious Bible students.
