@@Marryjanesbud I tried WuWa hoping it WOULD be better, but I was unfortunately disappointed. The story is lacking, the voice acting is not that good, if you skim through dialogue fast the characters start moving robotic instead of fluid, the game stutters, the world is bleak, sound effects sometimes sound weird, the music is sorta fine but not as good as I hoped, I can go on and on... the only good thing is combat, its very good and has deep and interesting(also satisfying) mechanics. We can only hope they improve the game in the future

At least I've killed same boss twice because I forgot to get away from the spot when it respawn
Each overlord TD has about a 2 min wait till they respawn although the game says 1 min
For those wondering why people rush it’s simply just because higher tiers sooner means better rewards sooner and for longer. That’s all lol. I always see people asking why rush and that’s why.
True enough. Honestly though, it's gonna be all the same grinding for months at a time (or weeks, don't know what the update cycle of wuwa is gonna be) so I can also see why some people would ask why rush.

Personally for new players, I suggest beating all the bosses especially the crowness on the beginning aswell as the ghost rider guy. They carried me in most of the content, pretty much finishing fights every 5s.

the guidebook quests, are they worth doing if you havent lock in the stuff? like if you only have basic rarity echoes, is it worth leveling those up for the echo level quest?

I'm honestly surprised at how levels don't really matter for the overworld.
I stopped right after I met Jinxin and I've just been exploring the world, killing enemies and just grinding purely off of Echoes.
I even challenged the way overleveled boss that glow red, just a couple hours ago I got my 2nd 5☆ Echo from beating the Lvl120 Black Bear by the bottom of the map, all by stunlocking him with Chixia.
I've been so focused on this sidequest I set myself on I didn't even knew there were Dailies! Definetly should go grab some exp. tho, at least level 19 so I actually unlock what I think it is the farming stages.
I can’t believe I got Verina as my first 5 Star Resonator. I didn’t even want a healer… but here we are. I’m also going to pull Encore as my pre-decide selected 5 Star. I wasn’t trying to get this many midgets…

I feel like ur advice regarding waveplates needs a bit nuance. By spending waveplates, you get xp and that amt stays the same no matter what and I agree with you on that. the thing is that u get xp from a lot of other places and so you do actually lose out because uve used a timelocked resource (waveplates) for getting ur xp up instead of other non timelocked resources like quests and exploration (and dailies cuz even though they r time locked they dont “cost” you anything)

generally speaking, it seems like a signature weapon is gonna be pretty good for a character. so picking up a limited character and their signature weapon is more of a flex than rushing for the equivalent of cons/eidolons.

I'm avoiding the story as much as possible because its just a massive brainfart with chapgpt levels of versbosity. I enjoy this game the most when I'm fighting random monsters on the overworld map. The guidebook is such a blessing!
Welp, I finally can play the game on my potato PC so I'm going to binge these videos so I know what I'm doing when I can actually not see the frame rate at 15 frames per second (that is, I'm going to avoid boss fights like the plague lol, I can't dodge or not get hit in these conditions). :'D

Update your drivers (if they are very old) or when you run the game lower the settings to lowest possible.
If you crash even with this, then i think you have a shitty version of windows that needs rollback or update (i think 23 version is bad for games or something)

Genuinely not enjoying this game as much as I thought I would. The combat is nice but the graphics refuse to work on my device and the characters look generic. On the bright side, I have Chixia and Danjin, my favourites. Redhead babes casually just soloing the game

i need the secret tip to getting my ping down to 98 like that. idk if it's just a different client or what but i've used bluestacks, i've used epic launcher and i've run it on my phone and so far the phone is running the best with the other 2 running anywhere between 175-300+ ping and i'm on the recommended server too in america and my pc isn't by any means old or outdated and should be able to run the game but so far it seems the only ones i've seen able to run the game super smoothly like this are content creators and some people that seem to be running it on laptops
