    Thank you for these amazing videos, Dr Truitt! I've found so much help and empowerment in this work. As a grad student, I would LOVE to have a self havening meditation for productivity anxiety. It would also be so lovely if you ended up making one for social anxiety as well!

    Thank you for this video. I am so grateful for your sharing these havening techniques. Today is the one year anniversary of my experiencing an acute trauma. I am on the road to healing, and your videos have been a instrumental in that healing journey. Today's video could not have come at a better time.
