My question ❓ can we take cold shower in winter also,?? If i take cold shower in winter i feel illness after 2-3 hours and i have a proper fever symptoms in just 6-8 hours ,,what should i do?
I feel like I can answer your question coz since childhood I used to get fever and cold quickly even if I drink 10ml of coldwater. But then when I grew up I read an article on medium website ( cold showers changed my life by Lucia ) then reading that I followed it the next morning right after I woke up ( I usually wake up around 3.50-4.15 ) and as you have already guessed I fell ill for 2 days straight. But being a resilient myself I took cold showers straight for 1 month every day right after I woke up . guess what , after 30-34 days I no longer fell ill and I no longer had any problem showering with cold water . So I searched up online to check what was goin on with me and found out the more stress you put on your body , the more the body tries a way to get rid of it alias it increases cold resistance. So fast forward 2 years , I still take cold showers during winter season and even when it snows outside.
