- Headstart: Former Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonio Carpio finds the alleged 'gentleman's deal' between former president Rodrigo Duterte and China 'disadvantageous' and does not apply to formal country policy. Former Duterte spokesperson Harry Roque said the former president and China agreed to maintain the status quo in the West Philippine Sea, and that resupply missions to the Philippine outpost in Ayungin Shoal will be limited to food and water supply, and no reconstruction.

I only say,, America still watching us how the Pilipino people leads its own political independence. But in case we lose our Philippine Independence that's the time the United States will take us again.

Let us know that when the Tydings-McDuffie Act which was passed by Congress in March 24, 1934 provided for the granting of the Philippine Independence on July 4, 1946. This Act has not been ratified by the people of the United, therefore this Act is unconstitutional because no Congress shall alienate the American territories without the consent of the American people. So the Philippines still belong to the United States although the Civil rights and political status has been determined by Congress.

The newly created maritime council should consider the former associate justice suggested which is to put up a lighthouse at Ayungin and research facilities for they are clearly a civilian structures. We must never give up even an inch of our territorial waters as what the president has repeatedly said.

In terms of strategy as to which personnel need to man the Sierra Madre, I'd say keep the marines. If it ain't broke, don't fixt it. LOL just fix the literal ship. Kapag nilagyan ng Coast Guard yan, pwede siang bombahin ng water canon at mapapabilis ang tuluyang pagkasira ng barko. You have to consider thinking bakit di binobomba ng water canon ang Sierra Madre? eh pwede naman nila eh water canon ang ibang barko and they got away with it. There's something about the status of the men on board na di kayang alaskahin ng China, that's why they'd rather wait for the ship to rot at ayaw nila na may repair missons diyan.
