Sir as we know as per new marriage act no one can marry below the age of 21 years but bu bf is 19 years old and I want to get marry with her and bring her in uk is it possible if I take her to another country to get marry and get marriage certificate of that country where we get married will that marriage legal in India can I use that certificate in India please reply sir

Yes if your employer is an Approved Sponsor and they are ready to sponsor you with at least minimun salary required for the role.

Yes dependant partner can also switch to Skilled Worker Visa
