'Lady Nelson's Waltz Cotillion' (choreography by Ellis Rogers) performed by The Hampshire Regency Dancers at Chawton House.
Hampshire Regency Dancers is a group who dance historical dances of the Regency period. We also have a keen interest in the history of the Regency period generally, especially the costume and fashion of the period and strive to maintain a high standard of historical accuracy in our own costumes. Our weekly dance classes are in the Winchester area where we are happy to welcome and encourage new dancers. We also take pleasure in providing displays for private functions or events in the community and encourage and facilitate members of the public to try it out for themselves. Our annual balls have a reputation which attracts a following both domestic and international.
