One thing is wrong in that animation, you will get charge in lead acid while break, in animation had no charge at all. Problem with lead acid is it need longer charge than operator break. A I know for sure lead acid battery will last 2 shift no problem when operator connect battery at his break. Ali-Ion had his own problems, and is something happen cost of repair is massive, and chargers are more expensive and complicated to repair also. Recycling of led acid at this point is very close to 100% Li-ion recycling no technology yet!!!
