  • update: they said they cant do anything about it. won't give me my gold back or unlock the Silver collectron for me. so I'm just sol
    I already had the West Virginia Slot machine so I thought this plan would be a recolor or somehow different. I purchased it, learned it and as you can see in the corner it came up as Silver Collectron. I went to my camp and nope I didnt have the Silver Collectron OR a new slot machine. My gold is just gone. I submitted a ticket already.

      Bethesda support told me I had to post my screen capture to UA-cam and send them a link. I did and now they are saying I'm not getting anything. I had the plan apparently and thought this one was new. It wasn't.

      That's not ok, you should try again it might just be a bad customer service agent

      @@Kennet0508 i sent in another ticket and was bounced around person to person to be told they do not deal with in game gold....

      @@nekojesta did you ask to be compensated in another way? This is a bug in their code that wasted what? 1000 gold? That's what 3 hours?
      They could atleast imburse you something from the atomshop
